Suhomlinski once said, "Real education is self-education". Guiding students to carry out "self-education" is the basis for achieving good educational results. In practical work, I have noticed the following aspects on how to guide students to "self-education". 1, follow the law of students' ideological development and guide students to "self-education". Students' original state of mind and their understanding of the surrounding things are the basis of their education. Therefore, when guiding students to carry out "self-education", we should understand the law of their ideological development and carry out targeted educational activities from their original ideological reality. For example, the living conditions of middle school students are superior now, and ostentation and extravagance are more serious than food and clothing. In my class, there is a phenomenon of "birthday giving". Gifts of tens of yuan and hundreds of yuan are often given, and the amount returned is doubled, which has caused great financial burden to parents and encouraged the bad habit of comparing with each other. According to the psychological locking and social characteristics of middle school students, they long for friendship and cherish it, but they don't know how to develop it and are influenced by bad social atmosphere. I guide students to think about several questions: ① Is the classmate who gave you the most expensive gift on your birthday your best friend? What are you thinking when you accept expensive gifts? What do you think of when you give an expensive gift? Through guidance, the students confided, "When receiving gifts, how do you think about returning them when you are happy?" "When giving gifts, my mother didn't understand, didn't give money, and called war at home" and other embarrassing things. So I analyzed the reason why "good things turn into bad things" and illustrated "what is sincere friendship?" "The possible adverse consequences of giving expensive gifts". Finally, let the students discuss: how to congratulate a friend on his birthday? Through this activity, the students deepened their understanding of friendship, abandoned the bad habit of giving gifts and cultivated the good habit of thrift. 2. In-depth investigation and study, seize the best opportunity of education, and guide students to "self-education". In the work of a class teacher, we should pay attention to observing and understanding every student, make a full investigation and study on an educational theme, understand the truth, clarify the educational purpose, seize the best educational opportunity in the whole process of students' ideological development, and guide students to "self-education" in time. 3. Give full play to the leading role of the class teacher and students' main role, and guide students to "self-education". The "leading role" of the class teacher is embodied in guiding and leading the way, in order to arouse students' thinking, rather than replacing students' walking. What are the advantages of Chinese teachers? " Students, holding their own words, summed up the nine advantages of Chinese teachers. I listed them one by one on the blackboard. What are the shortcomings of Chinese class? " The students listed 1 1 shortcomings. Compared with the nine advantages of Chinese teachers, the students bowed their heads in shame ... Since then, the discipline of Chinese class in our class has been much better.
