After the promulgation of the "Measures", double degree refers to the dual bachelor's degree compound talent training program. The "Measures" pointed out that the project should adhere to a high starting point, high standards and high quality, and the disciplines it relies on should have the right to award doctoral degrees. Only one degree certificate will be issued to students who take part in the college entrance examination, and the two degrees awarded will be indicated in the certificate.

Double-degree tuition treatment

The Ministry of Education has not made a rigid provision for the tuition fees of students with a second bachelor's degree, but in principle requires the same fees as undergraduate students. However, some schools' popular majors, such as law and business administration, may charge relatively high fees.

After the fresh graduates get the second bachelor's degree, according to the needs of the country, in principle, they are assigned jobs according to the second bachelor's degree; On-the-job employees studying for the second bachelor's degree, whether they have obtained the second bachelor's degree or not, will return to their original units to arrange jobs after the course. Anyone who obtains a second bachelor's degree after the expiration of the study period will have the same starting salary as a graduate student after graduation; Those who have not obtained the second bachelor's degree are still treated as undergraduate graduates.
