Yongcheng Vocational College is a public full-time ordinary college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The College is located in Dongcheng District, yongcheng city, an emerging energy city in eastern Henan bordering Henan, Shandong, Jiangsu and Anhui. The campus is adjacent to 98 hectares of Tuohe scenic belt, with elegant environment and pleasant scenery, which is an ideal place for study.

Yongcheng Vocational College is a full-time general higher vocational college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government in May 2004. After years of practice, the college has gradually formed the characteristics of "employment orientation, school-enterprise cooperation, project teaching and having both ability and political integrity".

The College has been awarded the honorary titles of "Civilized School in Henan Province", "Advanced Collective for Employment of College Graduates in Henan Province" and "Garden School in Henan Province". 20111February, Henan Provincial Department of Education and Department of Finance approved the College as the construction unit of the "Key Higher Vocational College Construction Project in Henan Province".

There are 602 faculty members, including 455 full-time teachers, teachers with associate senior titles or above 13 1 person, and 270 teachers with graduate education or above. There are currently 7620 full-time students.
