Xingtai University Xingtai University, located in Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is a full-time general undergraduate college jointly built by provinces and cities. The school was founded in 19 10 (the second year of Qing Dynasty), and was renamed as Zhili No.4 Junior Normal School in 19 12, and later renamed as Hebei No.4 Normal School and Xingtai Normal School. 1984 was upgraded to Xingtai Teachers College.
