Following the footsteps of the green pepper project, more than 200 days passed unconsciously. It's not easy to stick to one thing for such a long time. Facing the green pepper graduation season, I am full of pride. Thanks to the green pepper project, I saw my potential and grew up quickly.

Through the green pepper project, I realized that there are so many young rural teachers my age in the country. That was the first time I learned that so many people were struggling in the countryside like me, which made me feel that I was not alone.

Through the green pepper project, I can have the opportunity to listen to the wonderful explanations from experts and professors from Beijing Normal University and East China Normal University, which not only broadens my teaching professional knowledge, but also broadens my horizons and enhances my cognition, which has great influence on my future teaching and my own development.

First lecture, Dr. Liao Wei: "How to" Stick to it: Opportunities and Challenges Faced by Rural Teachers in China in the New Period ",I realized the opportunities and challenges faced by rural teachers, which made me have a further understanding of rural teachers, and at the same time strengthened my belief of" sticking to the countryside "and strived to realize my self-worth.

Lecture 2 Professor Sang: Ideal rural schools and excellent rural teachers I began to think about how to be an excellent rural teacher. Professor Sang's summary of excellent teachers is recognized, which can make children like schools, learning and successful teachers because they like you.

Professor Bian Yu Fang: "Psychological characteristics of children aged 6- 15 and timely education", I began to pay attention to the knowledge of children's psychology, so as to understand what students did, communicate with students in depth and understand their inner world, which really narrowed the distance with students, thus solving my previous teaching problems.

The fourth lecture, Professor Wu Guozhen: "Rural teachers' self-awareness and life care", I learned that teachers' sober self-awareness is also a kind of educational wisdom. They should be empathetic, normal and sympathetic to students and seek inner comfort. And I began to think about my ten-year career plan and what kind of teacher I want to be.

Through the study of green pepper project, the most touching moment is that I took my children to do this year's 525 I love balloon baby theme activity. When I saw the children from the initial excitement to the last tears, even the most naughty children of the day were like this. At that moment, I was very, very moved and knew that the significance of this activity had been successfully conveyed to the children. Thanks to the Green Pepper Project, I have the opportunity to give them a grateful education.

When I meet green peppers, the biggest gain is that I have not stopped learning about green peppers every week. The growth of teachers is a lifelong learning process.
