How to reform the poor students' class in senior high school
Through the practice of reforming the poor in recent years, I know that to do a good job in reforming the poor, we must do the following:

First, understand the methods of students. Generally speaking, most students in poor classes are not interested in learning, and they are not disciplined in class and fight and make trouble. In view of these situations, I insist on talking to every student in my class to find out their real thoughts and trends. I don't just listen to others' reactions to my own problems, but mainly ask them why they do it and find out their real thoughts. Through understanding, most of them are hurt by teachers and classmates to varying degrees because of study and other reasons, and some even have rebellious psychology to individual teachers, causing serious mental damage. In view of this situation, I have formulated the principle of looking for bright spots. Everyone has hope, everyone has advantages, praise and persuade more, so that each student can see the advantages of others, find their own shortcomings and find themselves, instead of using their own advantages to attack others' shortcomings.

Second, treat people equally and reform them. Generally speaking, there are several outstanding students in poor classes. I don't always cling to such students' problems, but I find their advantages while solving them, treat them equally, criticize them when they have shortcomings, help them when they have difficulties, praise them when they have achievements, and even criticize students who usually perform well when they have problems, instead of trying to cover up their ugliness and create a fair and just environment. Before he came to my class, he was a famous problem student in the whole school. While helping him, I found that he had a sense of justice and a certain prestige among his classmates. I made him the vice monitor, in charge of class discipline. So far, he has not only got rid of the bad habits in the past, but also worked well. The teachers said he looked like a different person.

Third, communication guides the tree goal. The problem of teaching reform is mainly the problem of teachers, and the problem of students is mainly the problem of our teachers' working methods. In the communication and guidance work, I insist on starting from four aspects: (1) in-depth and meticulous investigation and study, (2) patient and meticulous ideological work, (3) meticulous care, and (4) serious criticism and education, so as to contact parents, first talk about the advantages and slight progress of students, without complaining, shrinking achievements and exaggerating problems, and then ask parents to cooperate with the class teacher. On this basis, let students determine their own goals, define their own life orientation, work hard along the established goals, and make progress in constant self-improvement.

Fourth, psychological compatibility is effective. Psychological compatibility consensus is the foundation, psychological communication is the condition and psychological balance is the guarantee. A class, to be a united and cooperative group, must make every student live in a pleasant environment. In order to do this, I divided the class into seven groups, and each group appointed a team leader. Under the leadership of the team leader, I use my spare time to collect school garbage and sell it on January 1 to raise class fees. I bought a basketball, two badminton rackets, chess and gobang for my classmates with the class fee. It not only enriches after-school life, but also purifies the campus environment. It also cultivates students' spirit of unity and cooperation and promotes the fundamental improvement of class spirit.

In short, to do a good job in the transformation of a poor class, only with comprehensive analysis ability, decision-making ability to weigh the pros and cons, insatiable innovation ability, and organizational ability to make good use of people, can we know fairly well, have people in our hands, make progress in our class, and be satisfied with our home and school.
