All patients' tumors shrank, and 4 patients (including 2 cases of C797S drug-resistant mutation) were partially relieved.

The objective effective rate is 25%, and the tumor control rate is 100%. The curative effect of 3 patients exceeded 9 months, and the median progression-free time and overall survival time were still immature.
