(2) lack of party spirit. Be able to take a clear-cut stand and stand firm on major issues, and dare to say, dare to manage and strictly investigate on principled issues. But sometimes my mind is not emancipated enough, and I don't have a strong sense of pioneering and innovation. But sometimes I feel that the burden on my shoulders is heavy, and I am afraid that I can't do it well, so I am timid and dare not take big steps in my work.
(three) in violation of the spirit of the eight central regulations. I firmly support the eight central regulations, the "double ten regulations" of the provincial party Committee and the "eight regulations" of the municipal party Committee from the heart, and strictly demand that I change my style of work. However, in daily work and study, professional knowledge reserves need to be strengthened, business and management capabilities are not strong, and creative work is not enough. For example, sometimes the work is not comprehensive enough, the focus is light, and the old methods are followed and things are done by experience.
(4) Violating the principle of selecting and employing people. The channels for selecting and employing people are not wide enough. In the selection and appointment of cadres in the future, we should create good conditions for outstanding talents to stand out, focus on cultivating capable and responsible young cadres, and form a dynamic employment mechanism and a positive working atmosphere that can recruit talents, give full play to their talents, and promote and demote.
(5) Violating the discipline of honesty. The spirit of hard work is weakened and the sense of thrift is not strong enough. For example, although I have always advocated saving glory, wasting shame, saving and cherishing public funds and property, there is still a certain gap compared with the requirements of hard work and thrift put forward by our party. I always want to make better changes in food, clothing, housing and transportation when my economic conditions permit.
(6) divorced from reality and the masses. Close contact with the masses needs to be further strengthened. Going deep into the grassroots to grasp the actual situation is less, understanding the expectations and needs of the masses of enterprises is not deep enough, and soliciting opinions from the grassroots is not extensive enough.
(7) In terms of ineffective implementation of the theory. The pragmatic style needs to be further strengthened. The tenacity of "being bold, strict, meticulous, practical, diligent and honest" needs no further strengthening. The follow-up of the work is not enough, and the grasp of some specific actual situations is not profound, thorough and inaccurate, and the efforts to study, solve and promote the work are not good.
