Relying on the cultural history and natural conditions of Zhaoqing and Sihui, the project strives to build a comprehensive ecological campus such as Sihui Campus, a comprehensive ecological residential area, a fashion sports ground, a leisure sports park and a characteristic sports base of Guangzhou Sports School. Among them, the main investment of Sihui Campus of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education is about 2 billion yuan, accommodating10.2 million students and faculty; At the same time, there is Guangzhou Navigation College, which has a clear intention to study and can accommodate 10000 students and faculty every month. Together with several colleges and universities affiliated to the provincial supply and marketing system and supporting primary and secondary schools, the Guangti New Town project will attract a total of about 50,000 people, which will generate a large number of commercial and residential consumption demands.
