I. Meaning of serial number:
1, the first four digits of the certificate number are the annual code, which is the annual number of the teacher qualification.
2. The fifth and sixth places are provincial administrative region codes, which represent the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the issuing authority is located, and adopt the standard of "codes of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government" in the Code of Administrative Division of the People's Republic of China promulgated by the state.
3. The seventh, eighth and ninth digits are the code of the teacher qualification accreditation institution, and the code number shall be uniformly stipulated by the provincial education administrative department.
4. The tenth place is the teacher qualification type code.
1 stands for kindergarten teacher qualification; 2 represents the qualification of primary school teachers; 3 stands for junior high school teacher qualification, "4" stands for senior high school teacher qualification, "5" stands for secondary vocational school teacher qualification, "6" stands for secondary vocational school practice guidance teacher qualification and "7" stands for higher school teacher qualification;
5. The eleventh place is the gender code, in which "0" means that the holder is male and "1" means that the holder is female (the eleventh place of the teacher qualification certificate issued after 2009 is "1" means that the holder is male and "2" means that the holder is female);
6. The twelfth to seventeenth places are serial numbers, and all the teacher qualification certificates issued this year are numbered by the teacher qualification accreditation institution in accordance with the order of handling.
