Main responsibilities of Panjin Education Bureau
(a) the implementation of national and provincial education policies, laws and regulations, responsible for drafting local educational normative documents and other policies and measures.

(two) responsible for the city's education development planning, making annual plans; To formulate policies for the reform of the education system, the focus, structure and speed of education development, and guide and coordinate their implementation.

(three) the overall management of the department's education funds; Participate in the formulation of policies for raising educational funds, educational appropriations and educational investments; Supervise the collection and use of education funds in the city; Responsible for the examination and approval of education surcharge and the use of "cold window fund".

(four) the overall management of the city's preschool education, primary education, secondary education, local higher education; To guide the education and teaching reform of all kinds of secondary and below secondary education in the city; Responsible for the examination and approval of the professional settings of various municipal secondary schools; Responsible for the approval and management of running schools by various social forces at all levels.

(five) the organization of the supervision and evaluation of the city's secondary and secondary education.

(six) to guide the ideological and moral education of municipal schools at all levels; Responsible for sports, health, art and national defense education in municipal middle schools and schools below.

(ten) responsible for the discipline inspection and supervision of the education system and the work of building a clean and honest government; Responsible for the construction of trade unions in the education system.

(eleven) responsible for the statistics, analysis and release of the city's basic education information.

(twelve) responsible for the examination and approval of the school-run enterprise certificate.

(thirteen) on behalf of the municipal government to manage the office of the Municipal Language Working Committee.

(fourteen) to complete other tasks assigned by the municipal government.
