Second, the nature of the service.
The service period of the "three supports and one support" plan is 2 years, counting from the actual date of receipt. During the service period, you are a volunteer, and you are not allowed to leave your post during the service period. When signing the service agreement, the on-the-job service must promise not to leave the post within the minimum service period.
After the expiration of the service period, those who have passed the examination and obtained the relevant industry access qualifications (occupation and practice) will continue to be employed in the service unit (accounting for the establishment of the business) and enjoy relevant preferential policies.

(2) Registration procedure
1. Fill in the application information online.
Candidates will log on to the Shanxi Personnel Examination section of the website of Shanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security from 9: 00 on June/KOOC-0//KOOC-0/to 20: 00 on June/KOOC-0/5, 2022, fill in the registration information, and upload the recent bareheaded digital photos (size 25mm*35mm, pixel 295px * 4/KOOC-0/3px) as required.

Four. The content, time and place of the exam

3. Results query
The written test results can be inquired 2 weeks after the written test.
(2) Interview
1, the qualification candidates are determined.
According to the order of written test scores from high to low, the candidates for interview qualification review are determined according to the proportion of three times the number of recruits in the post plan. If the final written test scores are tied, all of them will enter the qualification review. If the number of people entering the qualification review is less than 3: 1, it shall be determined according to the actual number.
Before the start of the qualification review, those who enter the qualification review confirm in writing in advance that they will not participate in the qualification review, and they can make up in turn. After the qualification review begins, the interview candidates will be determined according to the actual number of people who have passed the qualification review, and no replacement will be made.
2. Qualification examination
The qualification review is organized and implemented by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Those who enter the qualification review shall provide relevant materials to the relevant departments within the specified time.
If the certificate (certificate) is incomplete or the certificate (certificate) provided does not conform to the qualification requirements of the recruitment position, and the main information is untrue, and it is confirmed that it does not meet the qualification requirements, the qualification examination organ shall propose to cancel the interview qualification of the candidates and report it to the provincial "three supports and one support" office for the record. Candidates who fail to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place are deemed to have given up.
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. At all stages of recruitment, candidates who do not meet the recruitment qualifications can be disqualified.
Step 3 interview
Interview score 100, and the interview plan is formulated by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
Comprehensive score after the interview (teaching service personnel: comprehensive score = written test score ×50%+ interview score × 50%; Other personnel: comprehensive score = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%) The medical examination candidates are determined in the order from high score to low score.
You can only enter the physical examination if your comprehensive score reaches 65 or above.
The comprehensive score and interview score are kept to two decimal places respectively (all scores are kept by rounding and counting). If the last candidate's comprehensive score is the same, the medical examination candidates will be determined in the order of high score to low score in the written test.
