In order to implement the spirit of the Notice of Jingzhou Language Committee and Municipal Education Bureau on Strengthening the Standardization of Chinese Character Writing Teaching (Zi [2010] No.7), improve students' Chinese character writing level, and change the current situation that Chinese character writing teaching in schools at all levels in our county is weak and students' writing level is declining, this scheme is specially formulated.
First, standardize the object and scope of Chinese writing teaching.
Students from all kinds of schools in the county, including high schools (including vocational schools), junior high schools, primary schools and kindergartens. Teachers participate and take the lead in setting an example.
Second, standardize the objectives and requirements of Chinese writing teaching
(1) Compulsory education stage: According to the teaching requirements of Several Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening Writing Teaching in Primary and Secondary Schools (Ji Jiao [2002] No.8). Writing teaching should let students write with pencils and pens, and learn to write with a brush; Make students develop good writing habits, correct writing posture, have a certain writing speed and have the basic ability to write Chinese characters correctly; Through the teaching of writing, students can have a preliminary understanding of calligraphy and have a certain ability to appreciate calligraphy.
(2) High school (including vocational school) stage: On the basis of standardizing the teaching of Chinese character writing in compulsory education stage, learn to copy famous copybooks or excellent model essays with pens and brushes, have certain abilities in strokes, structure and composition, practice calligraphy creation and experience the aesthetic value of calligraphy. You can choose one or more writing styles in regular script, running script and official script to practice, and you can consciously pursue the artistic sense of writing and have a certain level of calligraphy appreciation.
Third, measures to strengthen the standardization of Chinese writing teaching
(A) the implementation of writing teaching teachers. It is the common responsibility of all teachers to strengthen writing teaching and improve students' writing level. Teachers should carefully write "three strokes" (pen, brush and chalk) to set an example for students. In principle, the task of writing teaching in compulsory education and high school is the responsibility of Chinese teachers, and teachers with writing ability in other disciplines can also be arranged; Conditional schools can arrange full-time writing teachers.
(B) the implementation of writing teaching time. When making a curriculum plan, schools should incorporate calligraphy teaching into local curriculum or school curriculum plan. The compulsory education stage can be combined with the activity of "reading Chinese classics" to carry out reading, writing and giving lectures on Chinese classics; At the same time, according to the requirements of the Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial) promulgated by the Ministry of Education in 200 1, writing teaching should be strengthened in Chinese and art classes in compulsory education. High school (including secondary vocational schools) stage can be flexibly arranged.
(3) Choose a good writing textbook. In the compulsory education stage, schools can choose the relevant textbooks approved by the provincial primary and secondary school textbook approval Committee; Senior high schools can choose the corresponding teaching materials according to the actual situation.
(4) Create a good atmosphere for writing Chinese characters. Schools at all levels should take the school art festival as the carrier to carry out writing (calligraphy) lectures, writing (calligraphy) competitions, writing (calligraphy) works exhibitions and other activities; Holding writing (calligraphy) interest groups; Classes should regularly hold exhibitions of students' writing (calligraphy) works or assignments, create a good atmosphere for writing Chinese characters, improve students' interest in writing (calligraphy), and motivate students to improve their writing level.
(5) Strengthen teacher training and research on writing teaching. All localities and schools should take measures to strengthen the training of writing teachers and incorporate the training of writing teachers into the teacher training work plan. Teaching and research departments and schools should put writing teaching research into the agenda, organize teachers to carry out writing teaching and research activities regularly, and promote writing (calligraphy) teaching experience; The teaching and research section should determine specialized personnel to carry out standardized Chinese character teaching research, and the teaching and research personnel should go deep into the school to study and guide the teaching of writing, so as to continuously improve the teaching level of writing teachers and the teaching quality of writing classes.
Fourth, strengthen leadership to ensure that the standardization of Chinese writing teaching is implemented.
(1) Schools all over the country should attach great importance to standardizing the teaching of Chinese characters. According to the spirit of this document, they should formulate the implementation plan of standardizing Chinese character teaching in local schools, implement various measures, and earnestly implement the "three implementations" of teachers, teaching materials and time to ensure the implementation of standardized Chinese character teaching.
(2) All kinds of schools at all levels should combine the standardized teaching of Chinese characters with school education and teaching, with the activities of "reading classics of Chinese studies" and with the construction of campus culture, starting from myself and starting from scratch, and jointly create a good atmosphere for standardized writing of Chinese characters.
(3) The County Education Bureau will gradually take the situation of calligraphy (calligraphy) teaching, the development of calligraphy (calligraphy) activities and the level of students' calligraphy (calligraphy) as one of the contents of assessing the school's running level and evaluating the comprehensive quality of students.
(D) County Education Bureau will standardize the teaching of Chinese writing into the important content of establishing a standardized model school of language and writing. All schools should carry out the activities of establishing "schools with artistic characteristics of writing (calligraphy)" to promote the extensive and in-depth development of writing (calligraphy) teaching.
(5) The County Language Committee and the County Education Bureau will hold a standardized Chinese character writing competition regularly or irregularly, and review the teaching achievements of standardized Chinese character writing in local schools.
