I. Qualification Examination and Precautions
The qualification review will be conducted from February 3 to February 5.
(a) to participate in the qualification examination must provide materials
Candidates who enter the scope of qualification review must hold the online printed registration form, the notice of results, the original ID card and the original relevant grades, academic qualifications and qualification certificates required by the qualifications of the positions they apply for, and the municipal recruitment agency and the district-level competent department of civil servants shall conduct a review according to the qualifications required by the recruitment brochure. 1. Candidates who apply for the post of fresh graduates in 2020 must provide the original student ID card, graduate employment recommendation form and other materials stamped by the competent employment department of college graduates. 6. Candidates who originally applied for non-Selected Graduates positions can only apply for non-Selected Graduates positions when participating in the transfer; Candidates who originally applied for the position of Selected Graduates can apply for the position of Selected Graduates or other positions when taking part in the transfer.
(3) Transfer registration
Transfer registration is done online, from 9: 00 on February 6th to February11-8:00 on February 6th. Candidates can log on to the website of Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau with their username and password at the time of registration, and fill in relevant information to apply for transfer. Candidates need to consult the professional, educational background, degree, qualifications, remarks and other information needed for job transfer, please contact the recruitment agency directly. Before the end of the time for submitting the transfer application, candidates can re-select the position to apply for transfer.

(4) Adjustment qualification examination.
The qualification examination of transfer is the responsibility of the municipal recruitment agency and the district-level civil servant department, and the time for qualification examination of transfer is from 9:00 on February 13 to 6:08:00 on February 14.
On February 13, the municipal recruitment agencies and district-level civil servants' departments will call the candidates who have entered the adjustment scope from high to low according to their written test scores, and at the same time, when the candidates with the same written test scores exceed the vacant places, they will enter the adjustment qualification examination.
Candidates who enter the scope of qualification examination for adjustment must hold the Registration Form for Adjustment of Civil Servants Employed by Beijing Authorities at All Levels in 2020 and other relevant materials to participate in the qualification examination for adjustment. The materials and precautions to participate in the qualification examination must meet the requirements of the qualification examination.
After the number of qualified candidates has reached the required number, the municipal recruitment agency and the district-level civil servant department will no longer adjust the qualifications of other candidates.
(five) to determine the list of candidates for transfer.
After the qualification examination for job transfer, the municipal recruitment agency and the district-level civil servant department shall determine the list of job transfer candidates according to the number and grade of vacant positions from high to low. The list of transfer candidates will be published on the website of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security on the morning of February 17100.
Fourth, the interview and matters needing attention
The interview time is from March 2 to March 8, and the interview is organized and implemented by the municipal recruitment agency and the district-level civil servant department in accordance with the Measures for the Organization and Management of Civil Servant Recruitment Interview (Trial). For the position where the ratio of the number of individuals interviewed to the number of people in the employment plan is less than 3: 1, before entering the physical examination and investigation, the interview scores of the interviewers should reach the average score of all the people interviewed by the interviewers using the same set of interview questions or the interview qualified score line determined by the recruitment agency in the interview announcement.
