Of course, it is also because they are active in thinking and unwilling to be subject to too many constraints and restrictions, which poses new challenges to teachers. If it is still the traditional teaching method of professor indoctrination, children will certainly not be interested, and the conflict between them will make teachers feel very headache!
Second, children nowadays are difficult to teach. The second difficulty is that the purpose of learning is not strong! In the past, there were many children in the countryside. Many people stand out and work hard until the end because they have a very strong purpose, that is, to enter the university through study and change their destiny. So it is this purpose that leads them to struggle and catch up, because only in this way can they realize their life ideals, so there will not be too many naughty children in the class at that time.
On the other hand, at present, most children's families are ok, especially the one-child families, which are well-off. They have never experienced too many setbacks since childhood, so for them, the idea of changing their destiny through college is not particularly strong. Many people even think that going to college is nothing more than a diploma, and they can do anything as long as they have money, which leads to insufficient motivation for students to learn!
Third, children nowadays are not easy to teach. The third difficulty is that the teacher's educational concept and students' learning characteristics are not connected enough! We often emphasize the need to constantly update educational concepts and conform to children's educational means, but in fact, after so many years, educational and teaching means have basically not improved. At most, the blackboard has become an electronic whiteboard, and TV has become an internet transmission, which has improved convenience. However, the effective teaching model for students' characteristics has not fundamentally changed. In the early years, some schools tried to reform teaching methods.
For example, the mode of changing students into the main body and letting students participate in classroom discussion in the form of groups eventually died for various reasons, so the times developed. However, our teacher's teaching mode is still repeating the same old tune decades or even longer ago, but the problem is that the current students are very different from the previous students, and the lack of connection between teaching and learning will directly lead to the great difficulty of teachers' teaching!
