What are the principles of China's educational administrative management system?
There are three principles:

First of all, the Education Law establishes the principle of "graded management and division of responsibilities" in China's education administrative management system.

Secondly, the Education Law clearly stipulates that secondary and lower education shall be managed by the local people's government under the leadership of the State Council, and higher education shall be managed by the people's governments of the State Council and provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. This legally divides the responsibilities and management authority of the central and local governments in education.

Thirdly, the education law clearly stipulates the position and basic functions of the education administrative department, that is, the education administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the national education work, making overall plans and coordinating the management of the national education cause; The education administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be in charge of education within their respective administrative areas.
