Article 10 The State shall, according to the characteristics and needs of ethnic minorities, help ethnic minority areas to develop education. The state supports the development of education in remote and poor areas. The state supports and develops education for the disabled.
Fifty-seventh the State Council and the local people's governments at or above the county level shall set up special funds for education, focusing on supporting the implementation of compulsory education in remote and poor areas and ethnic minority areas.
Article 59 The state adopts preferential measures to encourage and support schools to carry out work-study programs and social services and set up school-run industries without affecting normal education and teaching.
Article 66 The state promotes the informationization of education, speeds up the construction of educational information infrastructure, promotes the popularization and sharing of high-quality educational resources by using information technology, and improves the level of education, teaching and management. The people's governments at or above the county level and their relevant departments shall develop educational information technology and other modern teaching methods, and the relevant administrative departments shall give priority support. The state encourages schools and other educational institutions to popularize and apply modern teaching methods.
