According to the State Council's Provisional Regulations on Higher Education Self-study Examination and People's Republic of China (PRC)'s Regulations on the Implementation of Private Education Promotion Law, private non-academic institutions of higher education take the activities of subsidizing students to take higher education self-study examination as their teaching content, and can also carry out cultural education and training and vocational training.
