The quality guarantee period for termite control of newly built, rebuilt and expanded urban houses is 15 years. If termite damage occurs within the contract period, the control unit shall eliminate it free of charge.

3. Preferential charging policies

(1) Termite prevention and control fees for newly built, rebuilt and expanded nursing homes, welfare homes and nursing homes organized by the government shall be charged at 80% of the above-mentioned charging standards;

(two) for nine-year compulsory education schools (excluding school-run factories, shops, workers' houses), termite control fees are charged at 80% of the above fees.

(3) For urban housing construction projects with a construction area of over 6,543,800 square meters (including 6,543,800 square meters), the termite control fee shall be charged at 90% of the above fees.

(IV) The termite control fees involved in the construction of affordable housing (affordable housing, low-rent housing and renovation of dangerous houses) and safety projects in primary and secondary schools implemented by the government shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the people's government of the autonomous region.
