However, it is not easy to seek peace of mind with conscience and practice more with patience.

Why is it not easy? Let me talk about my reading and teaching first.

I graduated from the Chinese Department in 2002. At that time, there was no such crowded entrance examination. I also feel that I have "read" books for so many years and also "read" some corresponding books to teach high school students, which should be enough. ...

However, after only one semester, it doesn't feel like that.

The first time I went to work, I entered this high school and got in touch with society. Some old teachers, at first glance, are knowledgeable, but they are shelved because of their age difference. Some people can see at a glance that they are only rich and famous, but they are hot. You have to choose what kind of teacher to be.

I read some books by famous teachers first. The common ideological and spiritual orientation in the works of these famous teachers is that Chinese teaching must be a model of quality education, which is not only the basis of education, but also an effective way to improve the examination results of various subjects. One of the most important links is the personal quality of teachers. In other words, if teachers want to implement quality education, their own quality must have a sufficient height and a deep foundation. And this quality is not the highest, only higher. Otherwise, it is more difficult for you to carry out real quality education for students (it is by no means a show-off gesture, nor is it a silver wax spear). On the contrary, exam-oriented education is much simpler and more labor-saving. Do more questions and talk about them. Yes, the answer is. It is true that a dog with a big cake can be a Chinese teacher. This makes me understand that one of the important reasons why it is difficult to carry out and implement quality education in education is the quality of teachers. Of course, this desolation comes from his sense of life experience, and more from the disappearance of the delicate and lively girls he loved. Those beautiful and lively girls, or charming and lovely, or glib, or considerate, or indifferent, or generous, or narrow-minded, or intelligent and affectionate, or empty-eyed ... How did Mr. Qin Xue create so many beautiful works like this?

I felt the power of tragedy for the first time. Wang Guowei said that there are poets who worry about their lives and poets who are good at the world. Cao Xueqin is worried about life and the world. After reading the whole book several times, you will understand why the reality in China is like this, and where is its origin? What is the trend of China's history ... really better than reading a hundred history textbooks. But it is not only Qu Yuan, Jia Yi, Sima Qian, Tao Yuanming, Chen Ziang, Du Fu, Li Yu, Fan Zhongyan, Xin Qiji, but also Cao Xueqin who bear the hardships of life and the desolation of the universe alone.

When you realize this sadness and admire the great hearts of these "independent" people, your heart will gradually become clear and broad. Therefore, in reality, there will be more far-sighted vision and feelings-just as Mr. Wang Guowei and Mr. Ye Jiaying commented on Ouyang Xiu: "? Haohao and calm. "

As a northerner, reading a dream of red mansions, I feel very cordial to Cao Xueqin's language. The northern language family of the book has a wide network of contacts, not only the characters talk, but also the narrative language is authentic northern flavor. For example, the character Granny Liu, as well as the long description of Granny Liu's family background and background before she entered Rongfu, are very obvious from the perspective of life and the northernization of language. In particular, the dialogue language of the characters is more lively. Then, I read Lu Xun for so many years. I know that Lu Xun wanted to study all his life. Our family has a set of complete works of Lu Xun. I started studying when I was in the Chinese Department of the University. To this day, I dare to say that I have finished reading it? The profundity of Lu Xun's thought and his unique language style. All of them have been deeply and quantitatively studied by scholars. What I feel more is Lu Xun's sincere feelings and warm feelings!

As early as "Diary of a Madman", Lu Xun shouted "Save the children ..." Lu Xun's consistent fundamental thought throughout his life was "establishing people". Twenty days before his death, he wrote "Let's take a photo here (7)", and he was still screaming: "Really save the child." This is of great significance to the future of our nation! "..." Here you are. We can fully understand that Lu Xun's deep heart and cold face are all due to his deep feelings for his own nation. Not everyone deserves the word "soul of china". His grief over the unfortunate experiences of China people, his anger at China people and his in-depth exploration of people's bad habits all prove his firm thought of "establishing people". In Lu Xun's view, holding the theory of evolution is an attitude and method, even a bean lamp when he is deeply saddened and close to despair. When I am silent, I feel full, I will open my mouth and feel empty at the same time. Therefore, he only "believes in the future."

So Lu Xun is so sincere and enthusiastic about young people. He once said sincerely: "I always believe in evolution, and always think that the future will overcome the past, and the young will overcome the old." I respect youth too much, and often give me ten knives, and I only give him an arrow back ... However, later I realized that I was wrong ... and later I often looked at youth with suspicion, so I stopped being unconditionally awed. However, since then, I have also expressed my feelings for the young people at the beginning of the battle, but it didn't help much ... "

The whole book Flowers in the Morning shows how warm Lu Xun is! In From Herbal Garden to San Tan Yin Yue, if I don't understand the modern concept of children and know that games are children's nature, I can't have the feeling when I was sent to San Tan Yin Yue to study. Remember this sentence "Ade, my cricket! Ed, my raspberries and Manglietia! ..... "The language of that sentence? How pure it is!

? I know that A Dream of Red Mansions and Lu Xun should be lifelong readers of Chinese teachers. To teach students, it needs long-term rich reading accumulation. So of course I'm going to keep reading. Besides, learning is also related to my professional ambition and ethics.

? Reading and teaching

? I quite agree with Wang Shangwen, a teacher and scholar in China: "The only thing a teacher can teach his students is himself". Over the years, I have been studying nonstop, not only because of my personal preferences, but also because I feel the passion and calmness of my teaching. I like students and students like me.

During more than ten years of study and teaching, I realized that "speaking" is calmer, more flexible and more complete than "teaching". For a long time, there has been a fashion of "interaction" and "dialogue". Because of the lack of real understanding of "interaction" and "dialogue", it has become a model. In this way, the teacher's "speaking" is greatly weakened. The students say that I am always excited and enthusiastic about the text ... this may be because I am more free to "speak", not limited by the course materials, and more integrated into my personal subjective feelings. Speaking in an experiential manner naturally enters the context of the text, expresses one's own findings, feelings and understanding, and awakens students' potential interest and reading experience. Not to master a certain knowledge point, not to talk for fun, but also to teach. In order to speak more completely and without fragmentation, I also use dictation, blackboard writing, projection and multimedia to let students take notes. And homework is assigned after class, so that students can arrange their lecture notes into compositions or reading essays, so that there will be interaction and dialogue between students and me. My "correction" of students' essays is not general, but in-depth communication between teachers and students. Many students have treasured this composition for a long time, and graduated for many years. The topic of meeting is often how I look at their compositions and reading notes.

These are all the results of my reading. Before talking about the front, I have read a lot of Cao Wenxuan's works and thought deeply about "spiritual home". Starting from the paradox of "I still feel homeless even after returning to China", tell my students my understanding: people don't live by eating rice alone. It is an eternal theme in the field of human civilization to transcend material home and realistic environment, pursue spiritual home and explore the meaning of life. When I was talking about Ditan and I, I sorted out my reading notes written on this essay a few years ago and printed them out for the students to see, so that the students could further upgrade their shock to Shi Tiesheng's prose, so as to deeply understand what real prose is and why there is such a long prose. When it was published, why did some writers and critics imitate a sentence in Mao Dun's Autobiography of Congwen: "If Ditan and I were published this year, the literary world would not be deserted"?

Guide reading and explore potential.

In reading, I was moved and even shocked, and I felt that good works suitable for students to read should be recommended to them as much as possible. For example, some excellent publications, such as Harvest, Tianya, Essay, Reading, etc. After reading Chicken Soup for the Soul and Inspirational Words, the students really feel that what they read is really naive and they are simply cheated. I'm glad the students are so conscious. After a while, I encouraged students that as long as you can read and even be obsessed, most of them are good books. Later, one thing really surprised me. After watching Inception, I watched it several times in junior high school. A senior one student wrote thousands of words of reading notes! And those clever words, such as poetic explanations, surprised me. Once verified, it is entirely written by individuals. I appreciate her notes very much. Moreover, she was surprised to read such content, which will also make the teacher greatly affirmed. Since then, reading and writing have made great progress, and it has really promoted the great progress of other disciplines. Later, as soon as the student saw me, she told me what books she had read that fascinated her, and she was very happy with her study progress and my encouragement to her.

What surprises me even more is that another senior one female student has repeatedly read Milan Kundera's The Unbearable Lightness of Life for two years. After that, she actually wrote two reading essays, totaling nearly 10 thousand words. And the writing is fluent and thoughtful. Even if I have read this book, I dare not say that my views and analysis are more thorough than hers ... I am deeply moved by the greatness of this writer's works, but also deeply sigh: our students have great reading potential! In the eyes of teachers and parents, they are just children. At first, I didn't encourage them to watch such works, because there were many adult sexual descriptions there. But I didn't expect this "child" to be natural, generous and fluent in plot, characterization and ideological depth. I admit that I met a genius. I even admit that not all students have such talent. Therefore, how important it is for teachers to guide and discover! This is the bounden duty of being a teacher. This should also be in line with Mr. Lu Xun's thought of "cultivating people".
