Under the guidance of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of the Ministry of Education, and with the support of China Education Association for International Exchange, the Sino-Russian Alliance for Cooperative Education in Colleges and Universities is a voluntary cooperative organization formed by universities in China. Adhering to the principle of "equality, voluntariness, cooperation and development", the alliance aims to create a platform for cooperation and exchanges between Chinese and Russian universities.

Improve the quality of personnel training in Sino-Russian cooperative education, establish a good image of Sino-Russian cooperative education, and promote the healthy development of Sino-Russian cooperative education. In order to further accelerate and deepen the opening-up of education, improve the level of internationalization of education, introduce high-quality educational resources, and constantly improve the comprehensive strength and level of the school, Zhang Shimin, president of China-Russia Institute of International Education, and his party went to Hengshui Vocational and Technical College to discuss matters related to Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools.

At the seminar, the leaders of Hengyi College warmly welcomed Zhang Shimin and his party, and introduced the history, professional advantages, development and current situation of international exchanges of Hengyi College. It is hoped that the two sides will strengthen exchanges and deepen cooperation, and Qi Xin will work together to make every link of the project practical and detailed, so as to further promote the development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Hengyi College.

Zhang Shimin mainly introduced two modes of cooperation, namely, Sino-Russian universities jointly cultivating talents and bidding for Sino-Russian international cooperation in running schools, involving cooperation forms, major selection, training expenses, mutual recognition of credits, undergraduate and master's training, language training, students' graduation, further studies and employment, and made a detailed explanation.

The significance of Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools;

The two countries have a solid foundation for cooperation in attracting investment, joint ventures, trade and finance. With the breakdown of economic relations, the exchanges and cooperation between the two peoples have gradually increased. In the field of education, China and Russia have also begun to actively cooperate, share educational resources and carry out joint school-running projects. This is conducive to cultural exchanges between the two countries and promotes closer and friendly relations between the two countries.

Cooperation between Chinese and Russian universities and joint school-running projects is one of the important ways. For example, Moscow State University and Nanjing University in China signed a joint school-running agreement to jointly carry out undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This mode of cooperation has increased the opportunities for the two countries to share educational resources.
