I. Recruitment Principles and Methods
Open recruitment adheres to the employment standard of having both ability and political integrity, implements the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, and adopts the method of combining examination (including written examination and interview) with assessment to select the best candidates.
Second, the recruitment plan
This recruitment involves 10 department 13 positions (see attachment 1 for details).
Third, the recruitment conditions
(1) Abiding by the Constitution and laws and having good conduct;
(2) Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;
(3) Meet the age requirements: the age of graduate students should be under 30 years old, and the age of doctoral students should be under 35 years old;
(4) Have permanent residence in Beijing and personnel administrative relations in Beijing (non-Beijing students should meet the requirements for entering Beijing);
(5) Education, major, professional technical (post-holding) qualification, professional (post-holding) qualification or professional skill level required by post conditions (see Annex1for details);
(six) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the challenge system, with other conditions required by the post.
Four. Recruitment procedure
Recruitment shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures of announcement, online registration, examination, assessment, physical examination, publicity and employment.
(1) Announcement
Publish recruitment information through the website of Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau ().
(2) Registration
This recruitment takes the form of online registration. From the date of announcement, please send the application form (Annex 2) to the designated mailbox :rshch@sina.com before March 13. Expired, as invalid. The unified format of email name must be "the name of the department to be applied for+the name of the position to be applied for+the name", and on-site registration is not accepted.
(3) Preliminary examination of materials
Conduct a preliminary examination of the candidates' application materials.
(4) Examination
1. The examination forms are written examination and interview.
2. written test
(1) Determine the list of participants in the written test according to the preliminary qualification examination.
The written test is based on a percentage system.
The specific time and place of the exam will be notified by telephone 2 working days before the exam. Please keep your contact information clear.
(2) The written test is conducted in a closed book mode, and the content is mainly the comprehensive knowledge and business knowledge required by the corresponding position.
interview
(1) According to the ranking order of written test scores from high to low, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1:3.
(2) The interview focuses on the professional quality, business level and comprehensive ability of the candidates.
The interview time and place will be notified by telephone 2 working days before the interview.
4. Comprehensive achievement.
The written test scores and interview scores are included in the comprehensive scores according to the weights of 30% and 70% respectively.
5. Each applicant can only apply for one position, and those who violate this regulation will be disqualified from this recruitment.
6. The personnel participating in the open recruitment shall be responsible for the information filled in the application form. Once the false information is verified, it will be disqualified from participating in open recruitment and blacklisted.
(5) Physical examination and inspection
According to the comprehensive score ranking, the physical examination candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).
According to the results of physical examination, determine the candidates for investigation.
(six) publicity and go through the relevant formalities.
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be publicized on Beijing Education and Research Network for 7 working days.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection to the publicity or the problems reflected will not affect the employment, the relevant formalities shall be handled.
