First, inspire teaching and cultivate interest in learning
Educator Lu Jun pointed out: "The art of education is to make students like what you teach". In the teaching process, we should pay attention to the implementation of inspiring teaching principles, give students a sense of shape, sound, color and body through intuitive teaching means such as observation, hands-on operation, projection and experiment, enhance the appeal of teaching art, and adopt various teaching methods such as setting questions, laying puzzles and creating suspense to stimulate students' interest in learning. In addition, what needs special emphasis is to give full play to the charm of developing students' interest in political lessons, guide students' interest in visual AIDS to the exploration of teaching content in time, and set some thinking space for students to "jump to get fruit" to stimulate students' "anger" that they haven't figured it out yet and it is difficult to prepare answers.
Second, create a democratic style of study and exchange the roles of teachers and students.
The centralized teaching mode has long been out of date. Even if the teacher talks about it, this platform is sad, because students have not become the protagonists. They just passively accepted the ideas instilled by the teacher and did not use their brains to obtain their own ideological achievements. As far as reality is concerned, even if students have their own opinions, they dare not speak out, because they are different from teachers' opinions and books' opinions, because they may be considered by teachers to be deliberate naysayers. So they can only hide their true thoughts and change the peace and tranquility of classroom teaching. Over time, students will become numb and less active, so they have no choice but to remember the knowledge points outlined by the teacher and change them. In a word, this kind of teaching essentially ignores the healthy growth of students' minds.
In order to break through this old style of study, I made a bold attempt to create a democratic teaching environment so that students can actively and boldly express their true feelings.
The new relationship between teachers and students, which is democratic, equal and friendly, is the basis of forming a happy and harmonious classroom atmosphere. From a psychological point of view, when people are happy and calm, their learning efficiency is the highest and they are most likely to generate innovative inspiration. Therefore, teachers must adhere to teaching democracy, establish a new friendly relationship between teachers and students, return the classroom to students, return equality to students, return freedom to students, and effectively improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching. Under the new curriculum concept, to create a democratic, equal and harmonious classroom teaching atmosphere requires every teacher to respect each student, learn to appreciate each student, help each student, give students time and space for independent thinking, fully liberate students' mouths, hands and thinking, and maximize students' learning in activities, improving in cooperation and developing on their own initiative.
Third, change thinking and give students a key to knowledge.
Junior high school politics is no longer dead knowledge, but lively, closely linked with the growth of students and social development. Therefore, teachers should give students the space to learn independently, believe that students have a pair of discerning eyes, and inspire them to discover problems independently, learn to question and learn to explore. At this point, teachers should dare to let go, allow students to question boldly and avoid detours. Only in the process of detours can students gain learning experience and wisdom through reflection. Teachers should not be eager for success, nor should they exceed their duties, but should be patient. The process of education itself is a process of accompanying growth. It is much better to walk behind students' doors and give them inspiration when they need it than to think and answer for students in everything. The latter is called thankless and kind-hearted.
This reminds me of a game I played when I was a child. When I was a child, I waited until late at night to see how cicada larvae turned into cicadas. When we saw the larva sloughing, we were worried about him. Why is it so slow? Later, I couldn't wait, so I reached out and helped the cicada take off its tight shell. After completing this task, I still feel relieved that I have done a good deed. It turned out to be counterproductive. Cicada, helped by "kindness", can't spread its wings and fly. Its wings are black and can't be unfolded. From this we know that education, too, is not doing good, but counterproductive. The wings of students' autonomous learning are likely to be unable to unfold from now on, and they have to experience setbacks and difficulties before they can fly in the wind.
Fourth, keep up with current events, enrich teaching methods and avoid boredom.
In order to let students go deep into real life and understand the real social situation, I organize students to participate in public welfare activities and express condolences to poor families. In order to understand international and domestic current affairs and politics, I organize students to watch news broadcasts, focus interviews and read a lot of reference news. After reading it, I asked my classmates to choose the most valuable and influential news to explain and share with you. For example, regarding the Diaoyu Islands issue, the most sensitive political topic between China and Japan, I guided students to consult the historical materials about the Diaoyu Islands and confirmed that the Diaoyu Islands have been China's inherent territory since ancient times. Then I asked students to express their opinions on the ultimate goal of a series of plots planned by Japan on the Diaoyu Islands in combination with relevant materials. Students are very active and actively discuss and think. Some people think that Diaoyu Island is a pawn for the United States to restrict the development of China, and Japan is only a pawn used by the United States. Some people think that Japan also wants to use the Diaoyu Islands issue to restrict the development of China, because China's influence and position in the world and the improvement of its comprehensive strength make Japan deeply uneasy. Some students are bolder, saying that this is because the two governments have distracted their own people and passed on the crisis in order to get rid of their respective political crises. The intensity of the words is shocking. In this way, students go deep into the discussion of political teaching, which is no longer just a superficial show, which not only avoids boredom, but also exercises students' independent thinking ability.
In short, quality education should start with improving students' enthusiasm, mobilizing their enthusiasm and initiative, cultivating their interest in learning, improving their learning efficiency, and making students the masters of classroom teaching, thus effectively improving the efficiency of classroom teaching. Only in this way can we achieve twice the result with half the effort, make our classroom full of vitality and greatly improve on the basis of the original teaching.
