Second, registration and qualification examination
(1) Registration

Precautions for registration:

(2) Qualification examination
Set up a qualification examination team for applicants, which is composed of personnel from relevant departments and is responsible for qualification examination.
The qualification examination of candidates will run through the whole recruitment process. Those who do not meet the registration conditions will be disqualified at any time.
Third, the contents and methods of the examination
The examination is divided into written examination and interview.
(a) written test (100)
Standardize written test and entrust foreign institutions. After receiving the transcripts of foreign institutions, the results will be published on the website of Shouguang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (tentatively scheduled for March 19). At the same time, the list of people who entered the interview scope was announced.
1, written content. The content of the written test is public basic knowledge, including laws and regulations, political and economic theory, current affairs and politics, scientific and technological knowledge, comprehensive writing and other basic knowledge. The written test adopts a percentage system. In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the minimum qualified score line is set for the written test, which is determined by the open recruitment agency according to the number of applicants and the examination situation.
2. Time and place of written examination. The written test time is the morning of March 20 15 14. See the admission ticket for the written test location.
3. 40 yuan written examination fee will be charged at the time of registration.
(2) Interview (100 mark)
According to the order of written test scores from high to low, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1:3 in the recruitment plan of this position (major).
1, the interview mainly tests the basic qualities and abilities that the candidate should have for the post (major). The interview time for each interviewer is 10 minutes, including 5 minutes for preparation and 5 minutes for answering questions.
2. The interview results are based on a percentage system. The examiner scores on the spot, and calculates the average score after removing one point and the lowest score. The interview results will be announced to the candidates after the interview.
3. The minimum score for the interview is 60 points, and those below 60 points will not be accepted.
4. Interview fee 70 yuan.
Calculation method of total score: total score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%. The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.
(three) to determine the medical personnel
1, according to the order of the total score from high to low, and according to the proportion of the job (professional) recruitment plan 1: 1, determine the medical examiners. If the total score is the same, the one with the highest written test score is preferred.
2. The total scores of interviewers and the list of people entering the medical examination scope are published on the website of Shouguang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
Fourth, physical examination and assessment
1, the physical examination and assessment work is organized by Shouguang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Shouguang Education Bureau jointly with relevant departments. Physical examination standards and related requirements shall be implemented with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants, unless otherwise stipulated by the state. If re-examination is required according to regulations, it will not be conducted in the original medical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be conducted 1 time. The results are subject to the conclusion of the second interview. Applicants who deliberately conceal diseases or medical histories that affect employment during physical examination shall be rejected by the recruitment agency; In the process of physical examination, if you collude with the physical examination staff or ask others to replace the physical examination, exchange or replace the test samples and other cheating behaviors, the physical examination results will be invalid and the admission qualification will be cancelled.
Except in special circumstances, with the consent of the competent recruitment department, if the applicant fails to attend the medical examination at the specified time and place, it shall be deemed as giving up the qualification for application.
2. The recruitment department shall form an assessment team to assess qualified personnel. Examinations are conducted in various ways. While further examining candidates' qualifications, the examination focuses on their ideological and political performance, moral quality and professional ability.
3. If there is a job vacancy due to giving up the medical examination qualification or failing the medical examination, the candidates who apply for the job interview will be replenished in order of the total score from high to low (if the total score is the same, the one with the highest written test score will be given priority). After the recruitment work is over, it will not be replenished.

2. Hired personnel shall be contracted and managed according to the contract. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the previous graduates will sign with the legal representative of the vocational education center school; This year's graduates will sign employment agreements with vocational education center schools, and then sign labor contracts after graduation. After the expiration of the publicity period, according to the arrangement, if the fresh graduates refuse to sign the employment agreement with the employer, they will be deemed to have given up their employment qualification automatically after more than 7 working days. The salary and insurance (five insurances and one gold) of the hired personnel shall be implemented with reference to the staffing standards of similar positions in this unit.
