The most contact between teachers and students is the classroom, and the education of students is more reflected in classroom teaching. Therefore, subject teaching is the main way to penetrate law education. Combined with this teaching, I want to talk about my experience of infiltrating legal education in primary school mathematics teaching.
First of all, legal education enables students to have a better understanding of legal knowledge, so that students can know the law, abide by the law and use it under certain circumstances. For example, when teaching the first volume of mathematics in senior one, students were infiltrated with the Environmental Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Physical Exercise Law of the People's Republic of China.
Secondly, the infiltration of law education requires teachers to deeply understand and study teaching materials. Textbooks are an important carrier to implement the syllabus and teaching plan, and also the main basis for teachers to carry out classroom teaching. Teachers, especially new teachers, can master textbooks only by thinking carefully. Not every knowledge point and every class is suitable for infiltrating legal education, so we should look at the contents of the teaching materials, infiltrate them in time on the basis of a thorough understanding of the teaching materials, respect the teaching materials and not destroy their original intention.
The content of infiltration should be moderate and the goal should be appropriate. Infiltrating the content of legal education should be just right, and don't take up too much teaching time to prevent mathematics from becoming a legal course. The content of infiltration should also respect students' cognitive ability and connect with real life, which not only meets the basic needs of students' growth and stepping into society, but also does not exceed their acceptance ability.
In a word, the penetration of legal education in teaching has strengthened students' legal education, and also made teachers have a deeper understanding of the law.
