Wan's life story
1923 served as chief of staff of Xia Douyin Department and founded Hubei Army Academy. 1926, the Ministry was reorganized as the first division of the Hubei Army, serving as the chief of staff and head, succeeding the deputy commander and chief of staff of the 14th independent division of the National Revolutionary Army.
