After you get the second-class builder's certificate, choose a unit to call, and then the unit will report you with a safety officer's certificate. The two are separate, but after registration, even if the registration certificate is needed, it should be used together with the B certificate, so both are indispensable.

Second, both the builder's certificate and the safety officer's B certificate need continuing education. In principle, the continuing education time of the second-level construction engineer certificate shall not be less than 30 hours, but the continuing education in different regions will be different. Safety officer B certificate needs to be re-tested when it expires, and the validity period of the certificate can be extended if it passes the examination.
