5. Establish four consciousnesses.

(1) Establish the consciousness of "educating people first, being a man first, being a man first" and ask others to be independent.

(2) Establish a school that educates people in all directions. Teachers should lead by example everywhere, take teaching and educating people as their own responsibility, and set an example for students and teachers.

(3) Firmly establish the sense of service, hardship and competition, and enhance the sense of mission, urgency and crisis.

(4) Establish a sense of "ownership", take the school as my home, take teaching as my career, and I am ashamed to develop the school.

6. Make progress in adjusting the mentality, make clear your own "responsibility, right and righteousness" and correctly handle the relationship between dedication and demand, group and individual, fame and fortune and morality.

The above is my personal learning experience. After studying, I know that as an engineer of human soul, I must have noble moral quality, have a mother's love for students and be a good teacher that students like.
