The latest regulations of off-campus training institutions of the Ministry of Education are as follows:

Article 17 of the Measures, authorized by the Administrative Punishment Law (Article 13), lists the identification of holding off-campus training institutions without authorization, and stipulates that natural persons, legal persons or other organizations conduct off-campus training without approval.

At the same time, if there is a special training place or online training for specific websites and applications, there are more than two training practitioners, and there is a corresponding organization and division of labor, it constitutes an off-campus training institution without authorization, ordered to stop holding it, refunded the fees charged, and fined the organizers more than one time but less than five times the illegal income.

2, natural persons, legal persons or other organizations to carry out invisible mutation training behavior without approval.

Article 22 of the Measures clearly stipulates that if the employment and management of employees in off-campus training institutions violate laws, regulations and the relevant provisions of the competent department of off-campus training in the State Council, they shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit, and the illegal income shall be confiscated after returning the fees. If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to stop enrolling students and revoke its license.

6, off-campus training institutions refused to implement the relevant provisions of the pre-charge supervision behavior.
