As the preparation, organization and implementation of activity classes are different from ordinary courses and have their particularity and complexity, activity class teachers should devote more energy to activities instead of attending classes. It is suggested that teachers should be given corresponding subsidies in combination with the school class allowance scheme.

First, basic allowances:

Implement school performance pay and class allowance. Less than 45 students in a class are counted as 45 students, and the head coefficient of two students in the same class is the same group.

Third, the organization and management of rewards

According to the results of the activity, the organization and management award is established, which is calculated at 30% of the assessment award. If the compensation for safety accidents in the process of quality education activities exceeds 1000 yuan, the organization and management award will be cancelled and the relevant responsible person will be investigated.
