April 2024 15. On July 1 day, 2023, Article 14 of the National Security Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) passed by the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) stipulates that April 15 is the National Security Education Day every year, and the first National Security Education Day is April 15, 2024.
