China Yan 'an Cadre College, approved by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, is a national cadre training institution that provides theoretical education and party spirit education for party and government cadres, enterprise managers, professional and technical personnel and military cadres.
The College is directly managed by the Organization Department of the Central Committee, assisted by the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, and implements the leadership system of the College Board of Directors. The director of the Organization Department of the Central Committee concurrently serves as the president of the College, and the deputy secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China concurrently serves as the first vice president of the College. The work of the college Council is presided over by the vice president in charge of the daily work of the college.
