Interpersonal communication expounds the process and goal of children's social development step by step from four aspects: being willing to communicate with others, being friendly with peers, showing self-esteem, self-confidence and autonomy, and caring for and respecting others.
1. Know yourself and others correctly, recognize yourself and gain a sense of accomplishment.
In the theme museum, children actively participate in various activities, experience the fun of living with teachers and companions, learn to know themselves and others correctly, learn how to get along well with others, develop an attitude of close cooperation with others and society, learn preliminary interpersonal skills, and constantly develop their ability to adapt to social life.
In the theme museum, every child is the owner of the museum, and they are very willing to express their inner thoughts and experiences in a way they like or are good at. In the process of establishing a museum, there is no fixed definition of "good" and "bad", so it provides every child with a chance to succeed and enhances their self-esteem and self-confidence.
2. Learn to get along with others.
In the theme museum, the teacher provides a very full space for children to communicate freely. Through exploration and experience, children can perceive each other's emotional feelings and understand the ways and methods of communicating with others.
Through the search between museums, the children's communication objects have broken the original class boundaries, and at the same time they have contact with teachers and children in multiple classes. In the process of searching, they will encounter more diverse communication problems, including greeting strangers, asking strangers for help, becoming familiar with strange children and becoming good friends. All these provide sufficient preparation and support for children's social adaptation.
