There are many reasons for this. The power provided by education must be indispensable and enormous. A powerful country must first strengthen education. The party and the government have always attached importance to education, especially since the reform and opening up, put forward the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, made education a major strategy of national priority development, and constantly increased their concern and support for education. The figure of 4% investment in education is far from our expectation, and it is also far from the investment in education in developed countries, but the realization of 4% is enough to make us believe that "beautiful China" will be tomorrow.
