I. Registration

(1) Registration conditions

1. Registration conditions for general undergraduate courses:

(1) Retired soldiers who graduated from ordinary full-time higher vocational colleges (colleges) in our province in 2022, obtained the general college graduation qualification (graduation certificate) before August 3, 2022, or enlisted in our province before August 3, 2022, and officially retired before the end of registration and obtained the general college graduation qualification (graduation certificate).

Retired soldiers who are not enlisted in Guizhou province but have higher vocational (junior college) education in our province can sign up for the entrance examination of colleges and universities in our province, but they must take the cultural examination and professional course examination organized by our province.

(2) good health;

(3) Good ideology and morality;

(4) Students pass the process examination during their school days.

2. Registration conditions for the special plan for graduates from poor families (hereinafter referred to as the special plan for poverty):

(1) meets the registration requirements of ordinary undergraduate level;

(2) Students from poor families with original household registration in Guizhou Province (based on the system data of the former Guizhou Poverty Alleviation Office).

(2) Registration time

March 20 to 24, 2022.

(3) Registration method

1. Graduates who meet the registration requirements register in the graduate school, which is responsible for checking whether the registration information filled in by candidates is accurate, whether the graduation major meets the requirements of the admissions school and taking photos on the spot. The information provided by candidates must be true and accurate and be responsible for it. Higher vocational (junior college) colleges actively establish cooperative relations with relevant undergraduate colleges to ensure the smooth and orderly progress of the work of upgrading from junior college to undergraduate college.

2. Retired soldiers should bring their ID cards, household registration books, higher vocational (junior college) graduation certificates and conscripts' exit from active service certificates (retired soldiers in higher vocational colleges who won third-class merit and above awards during their service should also bring relevant award-winning certificates) to report to higher vocational (junior college) graduation colleges. The graduate school is responsible for checking whether the candidate's registration information is accurate, whether the graduation major meets the requirements of the admissions school, taking photos on the spot and collecting relevant copies.

3. Retired soldiers who meet the registration requirements of higher vocational colleges in our province should register in Guizhou Vocational College of Industry and Commerce (Room 1 105, Floor 1, Qiangzi Building, Qingzhen Vocational Education City, Guiyang City, Tel: 0851-85813365,6536).

4. All candidates are required to register for the college entrance examination (including students from higher vocational colleges, retired soldiers from cultural courses and professional courses, and retired soldiers from cultural courses). When organizing students to register, graduate colleges should do a good job in epidemic prevention and control according to regulations by departments, majors, classes and time periods. After the registration, report the relevant information to the local city (state) admissions examination institution.

5. Candidates who meet the exemption conditions (including students from higher vocational colleges, retired soldiers from professional courses and professional courses, and retired soldiers from cultural courses) are required to register. Candidates who do not participate in the registration are deemed to have waived their exemption qualification.

6. Municipalities (states) admissions examination institutions shall submit the information such as the candidates' registration information database and candidates' photos to the provincial admissions examination institute before March 25th.

Second, policy care.

(1) Scope of exemption

The exemption scope of undergraduate course is divided into two categories.

1. Veterans can enter school without examination.

(1) Admission to cultural courses and specialized courses is exempted. During the service period, the graduates of retired soldiers in higher vocational colleges who have won the third-class merit and above awards can be exempted from taking cultural courses and professional courses and promoted to relevant majors in undergraduate colleges according to the principle of professional counterpart.

(2) Free admission to cultural courses. Graduates and students (including freshmen) of higher vocational colleges who joined the army in our province, and retired soldiers who completed their studies in higher vocational colleges after retirement, are not required to take cultural examinations. According to the requirements of professional talents training, relevant colleges and universities organize comprehensive examinations on vocational adaptability or vocational skills, and conduct comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission according to the examination results and candidates' wishes.

Eligible retired soldiers who apply to participate in the enrollment of junior college students are required to register and fill in the relevant universities and professional volunteers. The undergraduate majors you apply for should generally correspond to the higher vocational colleges you have studied. Candidates who fail to report after admission and give up their admission qualifications will no longer enjoy the policy of exemption from exams and promotion to undergraduate courses.

2. Students who have won the higher vocational (junior college) competition are exempted from entrance examination. Winners of higher vocational (junior college) competitions who meet the requirements of the Notice of Guizhou Provincial Department of Education on Doing a Good Job in Upgrading Higher Education to Undergraduate in 2022 (Qian Jiao Han [2022]12) can be exempted from taking cultural courses and professional courses. The exemption procedure shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Notice Qian Jiaohan [2022]12.

(2) Retired soldiers who are not enlisted in Guizhou Province but have a higher vocational (junior college) education in our province can sign up for the entrance examination of colleges and universities in our province, but they must take the cultural examination and professional course examination organized by our province in a unified way, and their cultural achievements are not less than 80% of the lowest cultural qualified score line in the same subject in the province, and their professional achievements are not less than 80% of the qualified score line of the professional examination in the school.

Third, the examination subjects

The examination is divided into two categories: literature and history and science and engineering. The subjects of literature and history examination are college Chinese, English and professional courses; Science and engineering examination subjects are advanced mathematics, English and professional courses. The score of each subject is 150, with a total score of 450. Candidates who apply for sports and art majors can choose any subject to take the exam.

Retired soldiers who are exempt from cultural courses and professional courses are not allowed to take cultural courses and professional courses; Retired soldiers who have not taken the examination and are admitted to the culture class may not take the culture class, but they must take the comprehensive examination of vocational adaptability or vocational skills organized by the specialized enrollment colleges as required, with a full score of150; Winners of higher vocational (junior college) competitions who meet the exemption conditions may not take the cultural and professional courses.

Fourth, cultural examination.

2. Candidates log on to the online voluntary reporting system (website/) to check the cultural examination results. Candidates with online cultural achievements (retired soldiers who have not enlisted in our province must reach 80% of the reported cultural line) can fill in their volunteers and take professional examinations at the same time.

Each batch of candidates can only fill in 1 institutions 1 professional volunteers. Candidates who meet the conditions for applying for the special poverty alleviation program can fill in two batches of volunteers at the same time, but the schools that fill in the two batches of volunteers must be the same school, and the two majors filled in have the same major or the same professional examination subjects (subject to the enrollment regulations announced by the admissions agency). If the two groups of voluntary schools are not the same school, or the two majors are the same school but have different professional examination subjects, candidates can only take the second group of voluntary (that is, ordinary voluntary) professional examinations, and the first group of voluntary applications is invalid.

(3) Ex-soldiers who are admitted to cultural courses without examination can only fill in the special plan for ex-soldiers, and students who win the competition without examination in higher vocational colleges can only fill in the city (state) undergraduate colleges.

(4) Candidates should fill in their volunteers according to the 2022 Guizhou Provincial Enrollment Plan (Code) Table (recently released on WeChat official account), and the majors they fill in must meet the requirements of the enrollment institutions for graduation majors. Please carefully read the enrollment regulations of the enrollment institutions and fill in the form as required to avoid the invalidation of the volunteers.

Six, professional examination

(a) professional examinations (including the comprehensive examination of vocational adaptability or vocational skills of retired soldiers admitted to the culture class without examination) shall be organized and implemented by the admissions institution (proposition, examination and marking). Before April 10, all enrollment institutions shall submit the enrollment regulations to the provincial admissions examination institute (mailbox :260998788@qq.com). After passing the examination, it should be announced to the candidates on the website of our school before April 15, and at the same time, the examination subjects of professional courses, reference books, comprehensive investigation methods and contact numbers of retired soldiers applying for non-test cultural courses should be announced.

(2) Ex-soldiers admitted to cultural classes without taking the test take the comprehensive examination of vocational adaptability or vocational skills organized by the enrollment colleges to test whether the candidates have the basic potential to engage in the profession, with a score of 150.

(3) Candidates who have passed the cultural examination and retired soldiers who have entered the cultural class without examination shall go to the designated place of the reported undergraduate college for qualification examination on May 14 with their ID cards, higher vocational (junior college) diplomas (diplomas, conscripts' certificate of discharge from active service) and admission tickets.

(4) The enrollment institutions are responsible for checking whether the postgraduate majors of candidates meet the requirements of undergraduate majors. Candidates whose postgraduate majors do not meet the requirements of the enrollment institutions shall not take part in the professional examinations organized by the enrollment institutions, and the professional volunteers reported are invalid.

(5) Time of professional examination: May 2, 20221.

(VI) According to the basic requirements of enrollment majors for candidates' majors and the scores of candidates' professional examinations, the enrollment institutions shall demarcate the qualified scores of each major (or by subject) according to the ratio of no more than 2 times of the enrollment plan (enrollment institutions can only choose one marking method), and the enrollment plan may be appropriately adjusted for majors with insufficient students.

VII. Data submission

(II) Relevant higher vocational (junior college) registration institutions shall submit the electronic version and paper version of the Registration Form for Retired Soldiers to Participate in College Entrance Examination-free Cultural Courses and Specialized Courses (Annex 4), the Registration Form for Retired Soldiers to Participate in College Entrance Examination-free Cultural Courses (Annex 5), the Registration Form for Retired Soldiers to Participate in College Entrance Examination-free Cultural Courses (Annex 6) and the ID card of retired soldiers before March 25th.

(III) The relevant enrollment institutions shall submit a cross-out statement, a report on the professional achievements of junior college students (Annex 7), a list of qualified candidates for professional examinations of junior college students (Annex 8), a statistical table of professional examinations of junior college students (Annex 9) and a report on the comprehensive examination results of professional adaptability or professional skills of retired soldiers who are exempt from the examination of cultural courses for junior college students (Annex 650) before May 3.

Eight, admission work

(a) the admission work under the leadership of the Provincial Admissions Committee, organized and implemented by the relevant offices of the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Admissions Examination Institute.

(2) The poverty special plan and the special plan for retired soldiers (retired soldiers exempted from cultural courses) are arranged in the first batch of admission, the ordinary undergraduate course is arranged in the second batch of admission, and the retired soldiers exempted from cultural courses and professional courses and the winners of higher vocational (specialist) competitions are arranged in the third batch of admission.

(3) The provincial entrance examination institutions are sorted according to the total scores (the sum of the scores of cultural examinations and professional examinations), and archived from high scores to low scores. Admissions institutions enroll students from high scores to low scores according to professional categories. The total score is the same, according to the cultural test scores from high to low; If the scores in the cultural examination are the same again, they will be sorted from high to low in mathematics (Chinese). When the number of college students is insufficient, all enrollment institutions should implement mutual recognition of professional achievements. Candidates whose professional scores are not accepted can make up online, and the content of the supplementary report should meet the requirements of the enrollment institutions for graduation majors.

Retired soldiers who are admitted to cultural courses without examination shall be sorted, filed and admitted according to the scores of vocational adaptability or vocational skills comprehensive examination.

(four) the second batch of ordinary colleges and universities that have not completed the enrollment plan after collecting volunteers can reduce the professional qualified scores and make up for the volunteers.

(5) Admission of college students who are exempt from examination (retired soldiers admitted to cultural courses and professional courses and students who are exempt from examination in competition in higher vocational colleges) shall be accepted by the Provincial Admissions Examination Institute according to the exemption list approved by the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Department of Veterans Affairs and other relevant departments and the candidates' volunteers.

(6) Retired soldiers who fail to report after admission and voluntarily give up their admission qualifications will no longer enjoy the exemption policy.

(VII) The admitted candidates shall be organized by the enrollment institutions for physical examination, and the physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Notice of the Provincial Recruitment Committee, the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Health Planning Commission and the Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation on Doing a Good Job in Physical Examination in Colleges and Universities in Guizhou Province (Guizhou Recruitment Committee [2020]1No.).

Nine. others

(1) Undergraduate students admitted to undergraduate colleges enter the corresponding professional organization teaching in the third year. College students are not allowed to change majors or schools after entering undergraduate majors.

(two) junior college students enjoy the same professional undergraduate treatment enrolled in the general undergraduate enrollment plan, and their tuition and accommodation fees are subject to the same standards.

(3) Students who have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan, passed the examination or completed all the credits are allowed to graduate and issued graduation certificates. Those who meet the conditions for granting a bachelor's degree shall be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate. The content of college students' graduation certificate is filled in according to the national regulations, marked as "starting undergraduate study in XX professional college of our school", and the study time is filled in according to the actual time of entering undergraduate study and issuing graduation certificate.

Ten, strengthen overall planning, strict discipline.

(a) the relevant colleges and universities should set up a work leading group headed by the head of the school (hospital) in charge, composed of enrollment, educational administration, student management, discipline inspection and supervision departments, to specifically lead the qualification examination, professional course proposition, examination, admission, physical examination, epidemic prevention and control of the candidates in this school.

(two) all localities and relevant colleges and universities should do a good job in the prevention and control of epidemic situation in the process of cultural examination and professional examination, and ensure the life safety and health of the majority of candidates and staff participating in the examination. The epidemic prevention and control work shall be carried out in accordance with the National Education Examination and Epidemic Prevention Work Plan under the Normalization of Epidemic Prevention and Control in COVID-19.

(III) It is necessary to strictly implement policies and regulations on examination and enrollment, strictly abide by relevant work disciplines, and conduct law-abiding education and business training for those who participate in this work, so that pre-job training is in place. The violations found in the college entrance examination enrollment shall be handled with reference to the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations (Order No.33 of the Ministry of Education) and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Order No.36 of the Ministry of Education).
