Graduate students in 2022:
Welcome to xidian university for postgraduate study.
In order to help students successfully complete online formalities, personal health monitoring, reporting to the school, on-site application and reporting, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
I. Online procedures
From August 1 day, the graduate students of Grade 2022 will enter the homepage of xidian university, Yingxin.com (/index.htm), click "User Login", select "Account Activation" at the bottom of the login menu, set a password during the activation process, and then log in again for online formalities.
(1) Freshman Education (Tel: see official website)
From August 1 day to August 15, freshmen are required to attend the orientation system preschool education and complete the relevant learning and testing procedures.
(2) All-in-one photo album (Tel: see official website)
On August1-August 15, freshmen need to upload standard electronic photos in the orientation system to apply for campus cards.
Electronic photo standard:
1. Image specification: 640 pixels (height) ×480 pixels (width), JPG format.
2. Requirements: bareheaded color half-length electronic photos with blue background within three months, and other colors are not accepted. Photos require people to be clear, chiseled, structured and natural.
3. It is recommended that the photos be taken in a professional institution without any modification.
Campus cards can be used for identification, borrowing books, access control, hospital diagnosis and treatment, dining in canteens, shopping in shops, taking buses and so on. , and for personal use only, and shall not be lent to others.

From August 13 to August 15, freshmen need to bind xidian university enterprises at school gates, libraries, dormitories, playgrounds and other places (see Annex 1 for specific steps) and collect face recognition photos (see Annex 2 for specific steps) for identity verification.

Online housing selection for full-time graduate dormitory is divided into two stages: pre-selection and formal housing selection (see Annex 3 for the online housing selection operation manual):
1. The pre-selection session aims to help freshmen get familiar with the housing selection system, and the opening time is 9: 00-15, August (Hangzhou Research Institute will inform you separately). After the test, the results will be cleared and will not be used as the basis for the final house selection.
2. The official house selection opening time is 9:00- 16:00 on August 65438 (Hangzhou Research Institute will inform you separately).
3. The time distribution of pre-selection and formal house selection in each college is as follows.

* Note: Doctors do not participate in online accommodation selection. On the day of registration, they will do it at the service desk in Building Lilac 14 in the North Campus or under the service desk line in Building Lilac 15 in the South Campus. Master students and doctoral students temporarily stay in the original master student dormitory, and will be transferred to the doctoral student dormitory before the autumn semester of the year when the master students at the same level graduate; Doctorates in directional engineering and part-time graduate students do not provide accommodation.

From August 8th, 18 12:00, the new graduate students will log in to the orientation system and pay the relevant fees in the "financial payment" section. 1 hour After successfully paying tuition and accommodation fees, you can log in to the welcome system to check the payment results; After the medical insurance fee and medical examination fee are paid, you can query the payment record in the system. Freshmen who need to postpone the payment of tuition and accommodation fees due to family financial difficulties should go through the green channel procedures online from August 18 to August 24 12:00. The specific way is as follows:
1. Freshmen who have applied for national student loans in their home countries.
Log in to the orientation system, in the "green channel" section, choose to apply for the national student loan of the student origin, and upload the "receipt of acceptance of the student origin";
