With the rapid development of the times, education is playing an increasingly important role. Since the founding of New China, education in China has been in the stage of exploration and reform. Although great progress has been made, there is still the problem of uneven distribution. Among them, the distribution of educational resources in developed and underdeveloped areas is uneven, and the economic and social awareness in developed areas is in a leading position, and the investment in education is high, but it is also less than that in the central and western regions in terms of human and material resources, educational funds, educators and educational equipment.

There are also huge differences in the distribution of educational resources. The investment in compulsory education in backward and remote rural areas is less, while the educational resources in cities are more balanced and comprehensive. Because of the imbalance of educational resources, the gap between the rich and the poor in society will widen. Education itself is fair, and the uneven social education opportunities caused by residents' living standards make many children from poor families unable to enjoy better education for economic reasons. Nowadays, as the backbone of society, the widening gap between urban and rural areas and the gap between the rich and the poor limits the educational platform of many young people, making more capable young people unable to obtain better educational resources because of external factors such as family.

In view of the uneven distribution of educational resources, the relevant departments should balance the teachers in urban and rural schools, improve the treatment of rural teachers, encourage more outstanding teachers to contribute to the countryside, and improve the teaching level of rural teachers through the policy of 1 to 1, so as to balance educational resources, put the distribution of public property and education on teachers, equalize, narrow the gap in resource distribution, realize the rationality of education and improve rural areas. Increase investment in scientific research and build a balanced educational resource in a harmonious society.
