If you can't draw, it has nothing to do with your education. Don't worry. Learning orders are all dead. If you want to draw, you can't find a book that teaches basic commands, but you need to find a video of drawing examples.
Apply what you have learned. What matters is the application. Just like math, even the best students can't work out all kinds of problems, just doing many problems for a long time. The same is true of learning CAD. The best way to learn CAD is not to memorize all kinds of commands, but to practice drawing all kinds of house profiles and mechanical parts.
But in the early days, it would be much easier if there were teachers to teach. I suggest you sign up for a short class. A man can take a horse to the river, but he can't make it drink water. (except those who don't care about money)
Where do you want to go in the future? If you go to mechanical drawing, use cad, solidworks and proE. Go to architectural drawing, use cad, photoshop, 3Dmax (more advanced maya). Where to go, you can consider learning related software at the same time.
