1. Click Preferences, select Landscape, and then click OK to close all selections. Click Print, then select the storage location, give it a name, and click Save.

2. Print it out, and then you can see the electronic report card file (pdf) just printed and saved in the place where it is saved. Double-click the printed pdf file, and you can print the school year report card according to the school year report card.
