Training is conducted in four phases each semester to improve the information technology level of all teachers.

Teachers consciously use the information technology skills they have learned to serve education and teaching, and the classroom coverage rate of information technology application reaches over 90%. Independently design personal teaching resources, hand in one or more independently designed personal excellent teaching resources (teaching courseware, teaching materials, teaching design, training questions or test papers) every semester, and recommend excellent resources to participate in competitions at all levels.
3. Teachers consciously update, improve and innovate their personal blogs.
Second, promote the construction of campus network environment.
1. Strengthen the construction of the school website, add an educational research forum and a platform column for class teachers and directors, and carry out online teaching and research, exchanges and discussions; It is planned to rebuild the "Juvenile Chess Network".
2. Improve the integration of teachers' personal and class blogs, and make blogs an information platform, a work platform and a resource platform for online teaching and research.
3. Continue to strengthen the co-construction and sharing of online teaching management platform resource pool. Upload the relevant resources (teaching courseware, teaching materials, teaching design, excellent training questions, test papers) of the school teaching resource database with the school preparation group as the unit.
4, relying on the campus network, comprehensively promote teachers' paperless office. This semester, all kinds of notices, study materials and related documents of the school continue to be published on the campus information network.
5. Relying on Shunde Education Information Network, give full play to the role of the main management system, and improve the level of administrative management and business management.
6. Strengthen network management and maintain network security. Actively implement the "campus network management system", strengthen the application monitoring of computers in the school, put an end to bad phenomena such as chatting online, playing poker and playing games, and prohibit teachers from using the school network to spread false news and rumors. Give full play to the role of the network to better serve teaching and education management; Guide students to use online learning resources correctly and stay away from internet cafes and games. Efforts should be made to improve the management level of school network security, strengthen the security prevention and control of websites and FTP servers, use anti-virus software to monitor the virus incidence of computers in the whole school, kill viruses in time, reduce the spread of viruses in the campus network, and ensure the smooth flow of school networks.
Third, do a good job in information technology courses and cultivate students' innovative spirit.
1, information technology education has become an indispensable part of students' curriculum. Our school offers two information technology classes every week from grade three to grade six. In order to let students have more hands-on practice, the Academic Affairs Office also arranges at least/kloc-0 classes in grade three to go to the computer room for hands-on practice, and two classes in grades four to six must go to the computer room for hands-on practice. In order to ensure the quality of information technology courses, the school has set an annual teaching goal (see Annex III for specific goals). Teachers who teach information technology courses must make 85% of the students reach the set goals in addition to completing the teaching tasks.
2. Strengthen the "robot contest, LOGO Competition" counseling, focusing on cultivating students' innovative spirit in counseling activities. Training should be planned, step by step and organized, and the responsibility of training should be assigned to people, so as to achieve excellent results in the competition.
