Hebei Women's Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time general higher vocational college approved by the provincial government and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is also a key demonstration vocational college in Hebei Province. The college is divided into Shijiazhuang campus and Beidaihe campus. Shijiazhuang Campus is located in the southwest higher education zone of Shijiazhuang City, covering an area of 3 15 mu, with a total value of 25617,000 yuan, 472,800 books, 80 modern multimedia classrooms, 73 high-standard training rooms, 2 national training bases and 2 capacity-building projects supported by the central government.

The college has 337 teachers and 256 full-time teachers. Among the full-time teachers, there are 16 professors, 40 associate professors, 18.42% associate professors or above, 43.75% intermediate or above titles, 85 part-time teachers and/kloc-0 provincial famous teachers. The college has 27 majors, including fashion design, nursing, gardening technology, preschool education, financial accounting, art design and computer, with more than 4,800 students.

The college is now the practice base of preschool education and scientific research of China Soong Ching Ling Early Education Promotion Association, the leading unit of Hebei Preschool Education and Vocational Education Group, the core member unit of Hebei Garment Vocational Education Group, the accounting information competition base of Hebei Province, the training base of women's entrepreneurship in Hebei Province, the research and development base of trousers branch of Hebei Garment Industry Association, and the it talent training base of Hebei software industry under the National Torch Plan.
