What are the regulations of the state on the admission of disabled students?
1. Article 22 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Disabled Persons stipulates that ordinary primary schools and junior secondary schools must recruit disabled children and adolescents who can adapt to their study and life; Ordinary senior secondary schools, secondary specialized schools, technical schools and institutions of higher learning must recruit disabled candidates who meet the admission standards set by the state, and may not refuse to recruit them because of their disabilities; Refuse to recruit, the parties or their relatives and guardians may request the relevant departments to deal with it, and the relevant departments shall order the school to recruit;

2. Article 21 of the Regulations on Education for Disabled Persons stipulates that ordinary vocational education schools must recruit disabled persons who meet the admission standards stipulated by the state, and ordinary vocational training institutions should actively recruit disabled persons. Article 29 stipulates that ordinary senior secondary schools, institutions of higher learning and adult education institutions must enroll disabled candidates who meet the admission standards set by the state, and may not refuse to enroll them because of their disabilities.
