Recently, the Party Committee of the school organized all party member to study the notice of the higher authorities on holding a special organization life meeting on "Special rectification of outstanding problems in the field of education". As a member of the school board, I deeply understand the significance of this activity. In accordance with the requirements of the Party branch, combined with personal responsibilities, from the political, ideological, work style, ability, clean government and other aspects of profound reflection and comparative inspection. Below, I will expose my problems through reflection and inspection.

First, the existing problems:

1. political construction: the study is not deep enough, and sometimes it is a formality and not intentional. In theoretical study, there is no deep understanding of the spiritual essence of the learning content, no in-depth thinking, just staying in the form of taking notes. Therefore, personal awareness of political construction is not strong enough, learning is too passive, and there is a perfunctory phenomenon.

2. Implement the fundamental task of Lide Shu Ren: Lide Shu Ren is the foundation of education. In education and teaching, we should know that educating people is the first. However, sometimes in order to grasp the teaching quality and improve the effect, we will be eager to achieve success and ignore the long-term development of students, resulting in intellectual education being more important than moral education. The form of moral education is single, and too little time and energy is invested.

3. Strengthen ideology: Sometimes, there will be a phenomenon that the newly-issued national education policy is not understood in place, or the implementation is not standardized. At work, I sometimes have negative emotions and complain.

4. Strengthen the selection and employment: when arranging work, there will occasionally be a phenomenon of taking care of comrades with good relations, and there will be the idea of favoritism when voting democratically.

5. On the construction of leading bodies, cadres and grass-roots party organizations: the overall situation awareness is not strong enough in the work, and the awareness of making up for Taiwan is not strong enough. I think as long as the work in charge is done well, the rest can be ignored.

6. Strictly manage the school: as a grade manager, I don't ask for some irregular teaching behaviors of teachers in time, and let them develop because of the situation. For some stubborn students, there are also ideas of letting themselves go.

Second, the root of the problem and corrective measures:

1. The lack of awareness of political construction is rooted in the lack of understanding of one's own responsibilities and the importance of theoretical study. In the future, we will adhere to the principles and policies required by our superiors, take notes carefully, and think deeply and get the message. On the other hand, we should use the theoretical knowledge we have learned to effectively guide our work practice.

2. The practice of moral education is not in place, which is rooted in the ideological understanding of the relationship between moral education and intellectual education, and the education and teaching work is not carried out from the long-term development of students. In the future, we will adhere to moral education first, proceed from the reality of students, care for students, and do not evaluate students by grades, and do not take grades as the educational purpose. It is necessary to cultivate students from five aspects: morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and give equal attention to five educations to effectively reduce the workload of students.

3. Ideologically, the implementation of education policy is not standardized, which is rooted in the lack of in-depth understanding of the policy and the lack of thorough understanding. In the future, we will resolutely standardize the implementation of the national education policy and put an end to the phenomenon of "deformation" and "discount" in the process of policy implementation.

4. In the work style, there is the phenomenon of bending the law, the root of which is that the individual's self-discipline consciousness is not strong enough, and the sense of fairness and responsibility is not strong enough. In the future, we should be fair, realistic, fair and just, not opportunistic, not holding a group to keep warm, and not being an egoist.

5. The lack of overall awareness in work is rooted in personal narrowness, lack of broad-mindedness and poor cooperation ability. In management in the future, we should have overall awareness, collective awareness, win-win awareness, cooperation awareness, unity awareness and compensation awareness.

6. There is the phenomenon of plastering in management, which is rooted in weak principle and sense of responsibility. Management is the process of finding and solving problems. As a manager, it is dereliction of duty and irresponsible to find problems but not correct them. In the future, in our work, we must be strict with ourselves and the people we manage, and have clear principles. If there is a problem, we should expose it, correct it, and do a good job of coordination and communication.
