First, the recruitment principle
In accordance with the employment standards of having both ability and political integrity and putting morality first, adhere to the principles of "openness, fairness, voluntariness and merit-based" and carry out open recruitment activities for social organizations.
Second, the recruitment position
Three public schools, including Liuhuang Middle School, Siyuan Experimental Primary School and Ledong Liuhuang Middle School Affiliated Primary School (referred to as Hua Er Affiliated Primary School), openly recruited 30 teachers, including 19 teachers (for details, please refer to the recruitment form of primary and secondary school teachers in Ledong Li Autonomous County "Returning to China to Join the Free Trade Port" in 2023 (I)) and 16544 teachers.
Third, the recruitment conditions
(1) basic conditions
1. Have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and enjoy the political rights of citizens;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);
3. Have good conduct and professional ethics and love education;
4. Age, physical, psychological, academic and professional conditions required to adapt to the post.
The age of the recruitment position in the examination should be above 18 years old, and the age under 35 years old should be between 1987 65438+ 10/0/day (inclusive) and 65438+ 10 in 2005. Fourth, recruitment methods
1. Those who meet the requirements for examination and employment (master's degree or above or intermediate title or above) shall be interviewed or examined on the spot, with reference to the relevant provisions on examination and employment of public institutions in Hainan Province.
2. Other teachers are recruited by examination, including written examination and interview, with a full score of 100, in which the written examination score accounts for 60% of the comprehensive score and the interview score accounts for 40% of the comprehensive score.

Recruitment registration, written examination, interview and other related work are organized and implemented by third-party companies and publicized to the public. Relevant functional departments of the county participate in supervision and guidance to ensure fair, just and open recruitment.

(3) Organization registration
1. Applicants shall submit their application materials according to the recruitment conditions, and adopt a combination of online registration and on-site registration.
Implement the system of good faith registration. The applicant shall submit the materials truthfully, comprehensively and accurately as required. If the information is incomplete or false, once verified, the recruitment qualification or employment qualification will be cancelled according to the seriousness of the case, and it will be handled according to relevant regulations.
Teachers in editing must obtain the consent of the school and the higher education administrative department.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration:

(6) Teacher qualification certificate and Putonghua proficiency certificate. The Putonghua level of Chinese teachers applying for positions requires Grade II A and above, and other positions require Grade II B and above;

Applicants should be responsible for the authenticity of the materials and information submitted online, and the qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment. Anyone who is found to be untrue will be disqualified from the examination and employment.
(4) qualification examination.
According to the application materials, the qualifications of the applicants are examined, including the original documents provided by the on-site applicants and the online applicants in the interview stage.
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. If the applicant provides false information, his qualification will be cancelled and dealt with according to relevant regulations.
(5) Organizing examinations
1. Examination and recruitment: organize interviews for qualified candidates, with a full score of 100 and a qualified score of 60.
The interview mainly tests the comprehensive quality and professional skills of the candidates.
2. Examination recruitment:
Full marks in written test and interview are 100. The written test finalists participate in the interview, and the written test scores and interview scores are calculated at 6:4, that is, the total test score = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40% (the score is reserved for two decimal places).
The written test is conducted in proportion. The written test can only be organized when the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of applicants who meet the post requirements is not less than 1:3 in principle. If the ratio of 1:3 is not reached, the written test can be organized according to the ratio of 1:2. If the proportion is still not reached, the number of recruits for this position will be reduced accordingly until the recruitment for this position is cancelled.
After the written test, the recruitment leading group will demarcate the written test scores according to the candidates' written test scores. The qualified score line of written test shall not be lower than the average score of participants in written test, and candidates whose written test scores are lower than the qualified score line shall not be included in the shortlisted interview candidates.
After the written test results are announced, in principle, among the candidates whose written test results reach the written test score line in the same position, the interview qualified candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1:3.
Because the candidates voluntarily give up the vacancy, the candidates who have achieved the written test scores will be replenished from high to low. If the proportion is still not up to the specified proportion, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the number of people who actually achieve the written test results.
The written test content is divided into basic knowledge of public education and professional knowledge of disciplines.
The main contents of public basic knowledge of education include educational policies and regulations, pedagogy, psychological curriculum reform and so on.
Subject expertise focuses on the basic knowledge and comprehensive application ability of candidates to meet the needs of education and teaching.
Interview score 100%, and interview qualified score 60 points (inclusive). Those who are lower than the interview qualified score will not be included in the scope of physical examination, inspection and employment.
The calculation method of interview score is as follows: after removing a highest score and a lowest score, add the total final evaluation scores of other examiners, and then divide by the number of other examiners (that is, the candidate's final score = the total final evaluation scores of other examiners ÷ the number of other examiners) to calculate the candidate's final score.
The interview results were announced on the spot.
The interview content mainly tests the candidates' basic skills, psychological quality, language expression and other comprehensive qualities, including trial lectures and structured defense.
3. According to the ratio of 1: 1 in the job recruitment plan, through collective research by the recruitment leading group, the subjects are determined according to the total test scores from high to low.
4. If the total score of the exam is the same, the person with the highest interview score will enter the physical examination and inspection; If the written test score is the same as the interview score, the score will be determined through the additional interview, and the candidates will be shortlisted for medical examination or inspection in the order from high score to low score.
5. The written test and interview results are published on the website of the People's Government of Ledong Li Autonomous County.
(6) Physical examination and inspection
1. The physical examination is conducted by the recruitment leading group with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Operating Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) >; (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [20 16]No. 140) and other regulations on physical examination items and standards, the candidates for physical examination shall take care of themselves.
2. If the applicant disagrees with the medical examination results, he may request re-examination within 3 days from the date of receiving the medical examination results. Re-examination should be conducted by another medical institution at the same level, and the re-examination can only be conducted once. The physical examination results shall be subject to the re-examination results.
Failing to attend the physical examination at the designated place at the specified time or failing to complete the specified physical examination, it shall be deemed as an automatic waiver of the physical examination and employment qualification; Those who fail the physical examination or voluntarily give up will not be inspected; Those who apply for the same position and reach the qualified score line can be replenished from high to low according to the comprehensive scores of assessment and examination.
Step 3 check.
The leading group will organize an inspection of qualified personnel, mainly to inspect the ideological and political, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, family planning, law-abiding, etc. of the relevant personnel, and review the qualifications of the inspected objects.
Those who fail to pass the examination will not be hired, and the vacancies will be filled according to the total test scores from high to low.
4. Replenishment.
If the medical examination is unqualified or fails to participate in the medical examination according to the specified time, the investigation does not meet the requirements, the recruiter abandons the employment during the publicity period, and the recruiter's publicity results affect the recruitment, it will be replenished according to the total test score from high score to low score.
(7) Publicity and employment
1. According to the total test scores, physical examination and investigation results, the leading group collectively studied and selected the candidates according to relevant regulations.
2. The list of persons to be employed shall be publicized on the portal website of the county people's government for 7 days.
During the publicity period, if there are problems reflected by the masses, once they are verified to be unqualified for employment, they will not be hired, and the vacancies will be filled according to the total test scores from high to low.
3. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period or there is no problem after investigation, the county human resources and social security bureau and the county education bureau shall handle the relevant employment procedures after being approved by the county people's government and incorporate them into the county education system establishment and personnel management.
4. Employees should report within the prescribed time limit, and those who fail to report or obey the work arrangement without special reasons will be disqualified.
5. The probationary period is 1 year. After the probation period expires, you will be officially hired after passing the examination.
The first minimum service period after formal employment is 5 years.
For those who fail to pass the usual or annual (probation) examination, are not competent for their jobs, do not obey the work arrangement, and have serious violations of discipline and law, they are deemed to have automatically given up their employment qualifications, and their employment qualifications are cancelled according to regulations, and the positions they lack will not be filled.
The office of the leading group shall be responsible for the interpretation of this work plan, and the outstanding matters shall be decided by the leading group.
