Supervisory organs accept complaints from civil servants and other personnel appointed by state administrative organs who refuse to accept the administrative punishment decision given by the competent administrative organ, as well as other complaints accepted by supervisory organs according to laws and administrative regulations.
If the teacher refuses to accept it, he may apply to the competent education department of the school for review. If you are dissatisfied with the results of the review, you can appeal to the administrative department at the next higher level of the education department of the school.
After the expiration of the period, the treatment of teachers will be postponed or terminated according to the performance of repentance, and the treatment decision and the cancellation decision will be completely stored in the personnel file and the teacher management information system.

Teachers who are dissatisfied with the actions of schools or other educational institutions that infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests, or with the handling made by schools or other educational institutions, may lodge a complaint with the administrative department of education, which shall handle it within 30 days from the date of receiving the complaint.
Teachers who believe that the relevant administrative departments of the local people's government have infringed upon their rights under this law may lodge a complaint with the relevant departments of the people's government at the same level or the people's government at the next higher level, and the relevant departments of the people's government at the same level or the people's government at the next higher level will handle it.
