First, about the choice of schools and professional settings for postgraduate entrance examination
(1) First of all, I was willing to take the doctoral exam, so I chose the master's degree, but I didn't think it was enough at that time. I just want to go ashore to study for a master's degree, ignoring the doctor. The school where I'm going ashore now doesn't have a doctorate in psychology. I hope students who are interested in further study can refer to my experience. My idea of choosing a school is to choose the city where the target institution is located first, and then go to the city to choose an institution that meets my requirements, and then determine it by combining the number of students admitted in previous years, the difficulty of landing, and the examination subjects; Students who have no requirements for the city are advised to consider the strength of the school before making a choice. Postgraduate entrance examination is worth your efforts. Although the strength of colleges and universities is difficult, the teachers and teaching resources are also great, which will provide many opportunities in your master's degree. I am seeking stability, and I try my best to eliminate uncertainty. Therefore, I tend to apply for the unified examination institutions. The real questions are easy to find, and there are many choices if you want to change the target institutions in the later stage. The number of applicants is a reference factor when applying for the exam. However, institutions with fewer students also have advantages. The tutor may only take a few students and have more energy to guide you. The number of applicants for colleges with more students will increase accordingly, and the difficulty will not be less than that of colleges with fewer students. I hope students can choose their own goals.
(2) My target college is the Second Military Medical University, with a relatively small enrollment, about 10. Official website did not announce the number of applicants. It is said that the number of applicants in the whole college is around 700. Students who are interested in applying can look at the enrollment situation of the whole college. Personally, the difficulty of the postgraduate entrance examination in the Second Military Medical University is moderate in 2 1 1 colleges, mainly because of the limitation of the number of students admitted. The score line depends on the score distribution of the students who applied for the exam that year, and the initial test and retest account for 7:3, which is fair.
Second, review experience for the first time.
Comprehensive review of psychological basis of specialized courses 3 12
(1) First, the master plan should be listed and the objectives of each stage should be defined:
February/March-May is the basic stage, and the goal is to understand the knowledge points, make a preliminary framework, and remove the obstacles that the knowledge points do not understand. This stage is to look at the teaching materials, which can be carried out in conjunction with the curriculum. Read the textbook several times, mark the knowledge points you don't understand the first time, and then focus on the difficult points the second time. The frame diagram at this stage can be rough, as long as you can describe the knowledge points of a chapter by looking at the frame diagram. You must understand the knowledge thoroughly, which is the most basic. If you don't do it well, you will be very tired and form a vicious circle.
May-10 is the intensive stage, and the goal is to master the knowledge framework, practice the questions and begin to recite initially. At this stage, it is necessary to refine the knowledge framework, supplement the knowledge points involved in the first and second level topics, and indicate the important and difficult points. Some students who have internship or trainee teaching tasks or have no confidence in memory suggest that they start reciting early. You can do problems to consolidate your knowledge. Start by doing all kinds of exercises, and then do the real questions after you have consolidated your proficiency.
11-65438+February is the sprint stage, with the goal of deepening memory, checking for missing places and simulating exams. At this stage, we should stabilize our mentality. Everyone's foundation has been finalized, and the spell is mentality. At this stage, you can adjust the study time slightly, and don't be too tired, especially in1February. Many students who started early are already very tired at this stage. Don't force yourself to study 12 hours every day. The most important thing is to complete your daily tasks and ensure your study status. As the exam approaches, it is necessary to adjust the biological clock. In addition, mock exams are very important! I used the real problem of 3 12 for nearly ten years to simulate it. Although I have done it several times before, I will still find my own problems when I ask myself during the exam. You can buy simulation questions on the market, regardless of the difficulty, just to play the role of simulation.
(2) Refine the big plan to every month and every day.
Quantify the monthly plan to every day, including the number of words, the bibliography and chapters to be learned in professional courses. Please refer to my schedule for details. Note that you need to set aside half a day to rest every week, otherwise you will be very tired later and your efficiency will be greatly reduced (pro-test). My recitation began in May, and it happened to be the first time I recited it, just following the punch-in activities organized. Then I arranged my review plan in June. I haven't made an electronic timetable in the last two months, but I also have my own plans, mainly simulation and recitation (I don't need to make plans for the next two months to know what I want, just distribute the unfinished content evenly, and what I should do every day is clear at a glance).
My monthly plan is as follows:
February study plan
Total words this month: 1000
This month's study volume: review the basic content of "General's Heart"; Mastering Psychostatistics Part I: Descriptive Statistics: Reviewing the first three chapters of development, education and society.
Learning goal of this month's textbook: review the contents of the general heart textbook and try to read it twice this month (intensive reading).
Expected effect: be familiar with the contents of the general letter and master the word 1000.
March study plan
Master plan for March:
First, sort out the general knowledge framework. (twelve days)
Second, complete the study of statistics course with live statistics broadcast.
Third, sort out the knowledge framework of educational psychology. (five days)
After learning English core vocabulary. Review all the core vocabulary after completion. One day is a long sentence. Total words this month: 36 core words (learning 18, reviewing 18).
This month's study volume: general heart, teaching heart, statistics.
Textbook learning goal this month: you must complete the reading of teaching textbooks and general textbooks.
Expected effect: the framework is completely combed and the knowledge points are difficult to solve. Recite words skillfully.
April study plan
Total words this month: unit 1-unit 36 words are familiar; Master basic vocabulary.
The amount of study this month: the contents of developmental psychology, experimental psychology and measurement psychology have all been reviewed.
This month's textbook learning objectives: development, experiment and measurement.
Other goals this month: reading and studying, making long and difficult sentences three times a day.
Expected effect: master the core vocabulary skillfully, eliminate the difficulties of three professional courses, understand the main content and establish a framework.
(3) Recitation method recommendation
(1) organize logical recitation by yourself; For example, when reciting the thinking process and strategy of solving problems, we can combine the steps of solving problems in reality, find problems-clarify problems-put forward assumptions-test assumptions; Everyone can find out their own logic, sort it out, recite it, and there will be clues that are not easy to miss.
(2) formula memory method; It is ok to summarize the formula by yourself, or follow some teachers' formulas. For example, the first word of each process in the above problem-solving thinking process is "invention physical examination".
③ Ebbinghaus memory curve; I just recited it in Ebbinghaus's memory form. At first, I thought developmental psychology was the most difficult to recite, so I recited developmental psychology first in June, using Ebbinghaus memory curve.
The disadvantage is that there are more and more back-to-back reviews, maybe there is not enough time, and there will be subjective boredom.
(4) Bibliography of specialized courses:
Peng Yuling's General Psychology Fifth Edition Beijing Normal University Press
Hou Yubo's Social Psychology, 4th Edition, Peking University Publishing House.
Lin Chongde People's Education Publishing House, Developmental Psychology, Third Edition.
Contemporary Educational Psychology, edited by Liu Rude, 2nd edition, Beijing Normal University Press.
Guo Xiuyan's Experimental Psychology, People's Education Press, 2004.
Zhang Houcan's Modern Psychology and Educational Statistics, 4th Edition, Beijing Normal University Press.
Dai Haiqi's Psychological and Educational Measurement, 4th Edition, Jinan University Press.
The above textbooks can only be regarded as the foundation and core. If you have time and think it is necessary, I suggest you match them with a few expansion textbooks that are easy to understand or explain in depth. I suggest the following:
Yaniu's Say No to Pseudopsychology, 8th edition People's Posts and Telecommunications Publishing House.
Zimbardo's Psychology and Life (19) People's Posts and Telecommunications Press.
Hawke's 40 Research on Change Psychology 5th Edition People's Posts and Telecommunications Publishing House
Liang Ningjian's Introduction to Psychology, 2nd Edition, Shanghai Education Publishing House (a reference textbook for general psychology, I prefer to test the real questions of this book).
Zhu Ying's Experimental Psychology, 2nd Edition, Peking University Publishing House.
Shu Hua's Multifactor Experimental Design in Psychological and Educational Research, Beijing Normal University Press (you can refer to some knowledge of variance analysis of psychological statistics). If there are difficulties in the review process of postgraduate entrance examination, you may wish to sign up for a remedial class, which is very helpful for preparing for the exam at the initial stage of postgraduate entrance examination.
(5) Recommended practice:
① Excellent question bank is used to practice experimental statistical measurement, and other subjects are slightly deviated, so it is not recommended.
(2) Any subject will do. I will brush a very good book for two or three times.
Other topics are useless and I don't recommend them, but remember, every exercise has a wrong answer, just a little different. When buying books, you must correct the purpose of asking questions!
Second, the postgraduate English review
1 Memorize words: Memorize words every day since the postgraduate entrance examination, whether it is dictation or reading, over and over again, don't be afraid to forget, this is a process of forgetting to remember; Just remember the core words, and you can remember uncommon words if you have spare time.
② Use of real questions: in the initial stage, you can do real questions from 65438 to 0997 to February to June 2005, and you can remember words in real questions without wasting real questions; In the intensive period from July to September, that is, before and after the summer vacation, you can do the real question of 2006-20 15 (the question of 20 10 is very difficult, so don't be attacked, just look at it objectively); In the sprint stage, 10 to 12 can do real questions in recent years, and it is necessary to start a mock exam. Not only the topics are simulated, but also the time allocated to each topic. Every detail should be taken into account (when I have only one hour left in the examination room, I only did four readings and wrote a small composition, and I haven't written the rest yet. I really panicked, my feet have taken a step, and I want to give up the exam ... but I still insisted on practicing so many times before, and I finished practicing in ten minutes).
Regarding the use of English real questions, my suggestion is to do the real questions of the corresponding stage repeatedly in each stage (from February to June, do the real questions of 1997-2005 repeatedly, and so on), and use English I as soon as you use English, and English II as soon as you use English; Practice according to the topic, practice reading and long and difficult sentences (that is, translation questions) before the summer vacation, and the summer vacation exercises can be completed. Learning new questions in September is very particular about methods, and you can't learn it if you practice more. Any process that frustrates you is a test. Please don't be defeated!
Third, the political review of postgraduate entrance examination
In the basic stage, the contents of the outline will be reviewed in May and June, and at the same time, the exercises after the exercise list will be done (several times more). Don't recite the multiple-choice questions, just recognize them again and look back and forth. In the strengthening stage, continue to use the outline knowledge points to do the questions; Until 1 1 month or so, it is a multiple-choice question, and choice is the key to open the score. In the sprint stage, I recited the simulation questions for three times, and also recited the online formulas. If you use it during the exam, you must write it in connection with the topic.
Some suggestions: watch politics for about half an hour every day, don't rely too much; In the final stage, you can read multiple-choice questions repeatedly, and you can listen to the topic while reciting big questions; The meetings, works and historical events involved should be sorted out separately and read repeatedly, and you can refer to the last recited bibliography; The situation and policy pay more attention to the accumulation of news in peacetime.
Third, the second interview preparation experience
My second interview began in February, and I plan to review until the middle and late March.
Specialized courses: There are three textbooks for re-examination in target colleges, one of which (social psychology) has been studied for the first time, and only needs to be recited, while the other two (physiological psychology and management psychology) need intensive reading. These two books are slightly more difficult in physiological psychology, but they also interact with the knowledge points of the initial test, so the test will not be very deep. I use the framework of taking notes and combing the test sites of real questions over the years to recite and master knowledge points. The second interview doesn't pay much attention to reciting the details, because the exams are all big questions. You just need to sort out the logical answers, grasp the keywords and string them together. The following is my second interview schedule for your reference.
Oral English: Ask daily questions, sort out common questions, and be able to express. It doesn't matter if they don't meet the standard. Practice for about half an hour every day. Good oral English is a plus item, but not outstanding will not be the key to being brushed.
Four. Personal suggestion (personal opinion only)
From the moment you decide to take the postgraduate entrance examination, your goal is only one: to go ashore. No matter what you are doing, please be goal-oriented, and your motivation is the reason for your postgraduate entrance examination. If it is because of interest, it is naturally the best. If not, please cultivate your interest as much as possible, because the internal motivation is really important for the postgraduate entrance examination, and it is an inexhaustible motive force for you to persist.
(2) Have a general plan, make a plan according to your own learning ability, have a general plan, and also have a small plan every day of the month. You can rest after completing the task every day, so you can't have too many tasks or too few. It is suggested that it can be done for about six hours a day in the early stage, eight hours a day in the intensive stage and more than ten hours in the sprint stage. It varies from person to person. It's just personal advice. Take a proper rest for a week and a half, and never stop studying. Whether you are an intern or a trainee, please continue your study. If you are too busy, you can listen to the lecture for an hour or two. Don't stop!
Please stick to it, whether it's the first test or the second test, as long as you stick to it, the result will not be too bad, provided of course that your method is correct. Don't pretend to study, it's deceiving yourself, and the result is not to play with you. Stick to the end and you will definitely land.
If you have an object, please stay in love and make an agreement with the object. Don't break up during the postgraduate entrance examination, which is very influential! Single students, please don't pursue love during the postgraduate entrance examination. You have plenty of time after the postgraduate entrance examination. Focus on the most important things.
⑤ Suggest self-study. You can find a research friend and don't rely on other people's learning status. Is your foundation the same as others? Do you have the same learning ability as others? Always remember that it is most important to accomplish your goals and tasks at every stage and every day. Don't compare study time and progress, it doesn't make any sense. Autonomous learning also adapts to graduate life in advance, which is quite good. Don't be afraid of loneliness.
The most important thing is your persistence and self-discipline!
