Article 1 Scope of application
Qualifications are applicable to middle school teachers, teaching researchers and educational technology teachers who have obtained corresponding teacher qualifications in ordinary middle schools, vocational middle schools, nine-year compulsory education schools, city and county teaching and research offices (teaching institutes), audio-visual education institutions (modern educational technology institutions) and off-campus education institutions.

Article 4 Foreign language conditions

Article 6 Conditions for continuing education
