The specific disciplines and the number of teachers to be hired are as follows:

Haiyang No.2 Middle School (10 students): 2 students are Chinese, 2 students are math 1 person, 2 students are English, 2 students are chemistry 1 person, 2 students are music and 2 students are physical education.

Public teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in the county (except principals and vice principals).
Third, the selection conditions
1. with junior high school or above teacher qualification; I have had experience in subject teaching in the past three years.

Fourth, the selection process
(1) Registration
1. Registration time: July 2020 15- 16 (8: 00 am-12: 00 pm, 2: 30 pm-5: 30 pm). During the registration period, please go to the Personnel Unit of the County Education Bureau to receive the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Teachers in 2020.
2. Registration place: Personnel Unit of Xiuning County Education Bureau (Room 4 19, County Government Building), tel: 0559-75 16 179.
3. Registration method:
(1) Candidates can choose a subject position of a school in the recruitment plan to register, and multiple choices are invalid.
(2) Submit application materials: the original and photocopy of the applicant's ID card, academic certificate and teacher qualification certificate. The original and photocopy of the applicant's award-winning, commendation certificate and assessment materials for education and teaching business (the usable copy of the document shall be confirmed by the competent department at or above the county level); 3 recent bareheaded one-inch photos with the same bottom; The "Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Junior High School Teachers in Urban Areas in 2020" audited by the school where it is compiled. (2) Selection and appointment methods
The selection is combined with the interview and assessment of education and teaching business.
Personal total score (full score 103) = personal interview score (full score 70)+ educational and teaching business assessment score (full score 30)+ extra score (full score 3).
This selection and appointment work adheres to the principles of fairness, justice and openness, organizes interviews in a unified manner, and selects the best candidates. The ratio of the number of applicants to the number of employees in each subject should not be less than 1.5: 1. 1. Interview
(1) Interview method: Try to talk. Interview textbook version: At present, the school uses textbooks for grades 7-9. Lesson preparation time is 30 minutes, and class time is 20 minutes.
(2) Interview time: Arrive at the test center before 8: 00 am on July 20th. Late candidates are not allowed to enter after 8: 10.

2. Education and teaching business evaluation
The assessment score of education and teaching business is divided into 30 points. According to the personal comprehensive ability materials and teaching achievements provided by the candidates, the county teachers' open recruitment leading group will review and score.
3. Additional points 3 points
Engaged in the work of the class teacher for nearly three years, plus 1 point per academic year.
4. Identify candidates and publicize them.
According to the employment plan of the school, the assessment object is determined according to the total score from high to low (two decimal places are reserved in the statistical process, and the third place is rounded off. If the total score is tied, it will be determined from high score to low score according to the interview score, intermediate score and the second highest score of the applicants.
