Liang Zenghua, female, Han nationality,1born in February 1947, from Yaodu District, Linfen City, Shanxi Province, party member of the Communist Party of China, is currently the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Yuncheng College.

1968 to 1970 received re-education in Shengrenjian Village, Pinglu County, and served as deputy secretary of the village party branch.

From 1970 to 197 1, the May 4th female was appointed as the instructor of the construction group.

197 1 to 1973, a teacher in Zhangdian Middle School in Pinglu County, served as the general branch secretary of the school league.

1973 to 1986 worked in Pinglu county Committee, served as deputy secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee, member of the Standing Committee of Pinglu county Committee, secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee, and director of the propaganda department of the county Committee. From September 1980 to 1 month 1982, he studied in the first theoretical class for young cadres at the Party School of Shanxi Provincial Party Committee.

1986 to 1993 worked in Xia county people's government, and served as deputy county magistrate and executive deputy county magistrate. During 1988, I studied in Peking University population theory research class in July and August, and 1989- 1990 studied in the cadre theory training class of Shanxi Provincial Party School.

1993 to 1997 worked in Yuncheng district statistics bureau as secretary and director of the party branch.

1997-2003 worked in Yuncheng Education Bureau as Party Secretary and Director. 1999 studied in National Higher Education Administration College.

In March 2003, he served as deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Yuncheng College.
