1968 to 1970 received re-education in Shengrenjian Village, Pinglu County, and served as deputy secretary of the village party branch.
From 1970 to 197 1, the May 4th female was appointed as the instructor of the construction group.
197 1 to 1973, a teacher in Zhangdian Middle School in Pinglu County, served as the general branch secretary of the school league.
1973 to 1986 worked in Pinglu county Committee, served as deputy secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee, member of the Standing Committee of Pinglu county Committee, secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee, and director of the propaganda department of the county Committee.
