Carry out in-depth publicity and education on the Party's basic theory, line and program and Theory of Three Represents, guide people to establish Socialism with Chinese characteristics's common ideal, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, conscientiously implement the implementation outline of civic moral construction, carry forward the spirit of patriotism, take serving the people as the core, collectivism as the principle, and honesty and trustworthiness as the focus, strengthen social morality, professional ethics and family education, especially the ideological and moral construction of teenagers, and guide people to abide by the basic code of conduct. As the cradle of cultivating talents for the four modernizations, colleges and universities play a vital role in the quality control of talents, and the future social development needs compound talents with comprehensive qualities. However, strengthening ideological and moral construction plays an important role in the quality of talents. Noble moral quality cannot be formed overnight. It is very necessary for us to learn from the British example, catch up with the advanced and strengthen moral cultivation during our college years.

[b] How to strengthen ideological and moral education? [/b] First, strengthen the construction of teaching staff. Teachers are engineers who shape the human soul. He should not only preach, teach and dispel doubts, but also influence students with his noble personality. As a special college, Adult Education College has its particularity in enrollment. Therefore, the requirements for teachers are even stricter. As teachers, they first neglected self-cultivation. How can we strengthen students' moral cultivation? At present, many teachers only pay attention to the teaching task of books, but ignore the ideological and moral education. When the teacher is on the stage, some students' uncivilized behaviors such as talking, reading novels and eating snacks are disrespectful to the teacher's labor achievements and should be severely condemned. But students are educated after all. If the teacher doesn't talk or is lazy, it is irresponsible for education. Teachers not only bear the responsibility of teaching tasks, but also bear the obligation of educating people. If students form these bad habits, how can they shoulder the heavy responsibility of the four modernizations after they go to work? Therefore, we should strengthen teachers' ideological and moral cultivation, and then establish a scientific and complete ideological education system, run through the whole university education, set up corresponding ideological and moral education textbooks, set up special research institutions, and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. The students in our ivory tower are the future builders of our great motherland. University stage is an important stage for our college students to form values and outlook on life, and our college educators bear unshirkable responsibilities. Due to China's backward economy, education investment is a drop in the bucket compared with developed countries. After all, the education system is still exam-oriented education. After all, students who enter university education are winners after fierce competition. In middle school, education is based on the strategy of "taking the sea as the center". Parents and teachers generally believe that good grades are good students, and other shortcomings are covered up by good grades.
